Virtual World Prediction Princess

Even though Virtual World is a good Level/Rank 9 engine, I didn't think too much about it in terms of a Prediction Princess Deck. You can't Summon Link Monsters in Virtual World which means that you wouldn't be able to Link off Aggregator to send Herald to the grave again. But hear me out: Elder Entity N'tss is can be Specialed by sending a Synchro and an Xyz to the grave. Virtual World is a Synchro and Xyz Deck, and it is incredibly easy to get both Synchros and Xyz Monsters out on the field and get them back from the graveyard, especially with cards like Cloudcastle and Nine-Lives Cat. You have so much more options in this Deck as opposed to some other builds of Prediction Princess. While it is a shame you cannot play Number F0: Utopic Draco Future instead of N'tss due to the Virtual World restriction, you still very much have the option of playing Virtual World, playing Prediction Princess, or doing both. Sure, it still has the Virtual World issue of not drawing enough names in your starting hand, an issue that is further increased with Ritual cards in the Deck, it is still a very neat Deck that does its plays well if you know how to play Virtual World optimally.

Every Virtual World (other than Nyannyan) has the effect to target a face-up Virtual World card you control while in hand, send a Virtual World card from your Deck to the grave with a different card type than the targeted card to Special Summon itself, and each of them have a bonus effect if you do so. We are playing 1 Virutal World Hime - Nyannyan, 3 Virtual World Mai-Hime - Lulu, 3 Virtual World Xiezhi - Jiji, 3 Virtual World Roshi - Laolao, and 2 Virtual World Kirin - Lili. Nyannyan can Summon itself from grave as a Tuner if you summon a Level 3, but it's banished when it leaves the field, and if it's banished, it can shuffle back a banished card. Lulu adds a Virtual World card of the 3rd card type that you did not target or send from Deck. Jiji adds back a Virutal World monster from grave during the End Phase its Special Summoned by its own effect. Laolao Summons back a Virtual World monster from grave with its effects negated. And Lili sends a Virtual World card of the 3rd card type that you did not target or send from Deck. Nyannyan is a great extender. Lulu is the searcher. Jiji is a name and a Level 3. Laolao gets back a Tuner or non-Tuner of the Level you need. Lili I guess can dump Nyannyan, Qinglong, or Xuanwu. You can't summon monsters for the rest of the turn except for Level/Rank 3 or higher monsters if you use their effects which means you can't play Links which is why we are using N'tss to get Aggregator off the field. For the Prediction Princesses, it is the usual 3 Prediction Princess Tarotrei, 1 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse, and the 2 Deus X-Krawler. Tarotrei summons a Flip from hand or grave during your End Phase and can Quick Effect flip a monster face-up or face-down. Tarotreith can be Summoned via Tarotrei's End Phase effect, it Summons a Flip face-down from Deck on flip, and it can Quick Effect flip any number of your monsters face-up or face-down. Bibliomuse adds a Prediction Princess and a Ritual Spell from Deck on flip, it can Summon itself back if its Tributed, and it gives your Ritual Monsters targeting and destruction protection against your opponent's effects. Something good about the Prediction Princess Ritual Monsters, Tarotrei and Tarotreith, is that you can Ritual Summon from graveyard with Underworld Ritual of Prediction, and for Tarotreith, you can either Ritual it from grave or you can use Tarotrei to Summon it face-down from grave during the End Phase. Qinglong and Xuanwu both require you to discard a card after their effect resolves, so not having to worry about keeping your Ritual Monsters in hand is nice in terms of keeping resources and still having plays.

For Spell/Traps: 3 Virtual World City - Kauwloon which places a Virtual World Gate from your Deck face-up in your Spell/Trap Zone. Don't really care much about its additional effects because you rarely get to the ones that matter in this Deck and in Virtual World itself. 1 Harpie's Feather Duster which is realistically the 40th card in here. You can side it, but I wouldn't know what to MainDeck pre-side otherwise as your 40th card. 2 Virtual World Gate - Qinglong which banishes a Virtual World from grave to negate the effects of a face-up monster on the field until the End Phase, but the more important of its effects if banishing it to search a Virtual World and send a card from hand. It gets you to more names and can easily be sent from Deck to summon any of them which is good. 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction. This Rituals from hand or GY face-up or face-down and you can banish it during the Standby Phase to Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess from Deck face-down. 1 Called by the Grave. 3 World Legacy Monstrosity. It is not completely necessary to have this card in your hand for your Prediction Princess plays, but it does really help with getting Bibliomuse into rotation and for putting more material on field, specifically to make a Rank 9 like Nine-Lives Cat to get back a Level 9 (Synchro or not) to either keep extending in the direction of another Rank 9 in Laevateinn or put a Synchro on field to send it and Aggregator for N'tss to get Herald into the grave again for another search. 3 Emergency Teleport which is not OPT, so it's great for getting a Tuner or non-Tuner on field or into rotation, being the case for Nyannyan. 2 Virtual World Gate - Chuche which shuffles 2 banished Virtual World cards with different names into the Deck to pop a face-up card on the field. You can also banish it from grave during your End Phase to increase or decrease the Level of a Virutal World you control by 3. 1 Virtual World Gate - Xuanwu which is here to send from Deck in order to banish it to Special back a Virtual World from grave with its effects negated, sending a card from hand on resolution as well. 

Extra Deck: 1 Elder Entity N'tss which must be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by sending a Synchro and an Xyz you control to the grave. On field, it can Special Summon a Level 4 from hand, not that you have any, but it is here to get Aggregator that has attached Herald into the grave. If you really wanted to, you could Synchro it with a Level 6 tuner into the 1 Baronne de Fleur that we are playing also. 1 Virtual World Kyubi - Shenshen which is macro on legs for cards sent from field to grave. If you attack, you can return a banished monster to grave, and if it's in grave except during the turn it was sent there, you can banish 2 monsters with different types and attributes from grave to Summon it back. You don't really make this card unless you are able to at the end of your Prediction Princess combo to have monster on field that does something that interrupts your opponent. 1 Ravenous Crocodragon Archethys which is a Synchro 9 that can draw a card for every non-Tuner used for its Synchro Summon and you can also Quick Effect discard 2 to pop a card on field. It is pretty much only a Level 9 that pluses you in drawing a card which is actually really good in a Deck like this. 1 Cloudcastle which Summons back a Level 9 from grave on Synchro Summon. Like you can detach a Level 9 from Aggregator to bring it back with Cloudcastle. It is just really good for extension and more plays. 1 Coral Dragon which allows you to discard a card to pop a card your opponent controls and it draws you a card if it's sent to grave after it has been Synchro Summoned. It is a plus in a draw when it's sent to grave and it is a Level 6 Tuner also. 1 Stardust Charge Warrior which draws a card on Synchro Summon which is simple but good. 1 Herald of the Arc Light for a Ritual search off of Aggregator. 1 Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder. 1 Mereologic Aggregator which sends a monster from Extra Deck on Xyz Summon and can also detach any number of materials to attach the same number of mosnters from grave. 1 Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity and 1 Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows. You don't need to play them, but it is a good way to clear cards off the field and a good type of interruption. 1 Nine-Lives Cat which can detach 1 to Summon back a Level 9 from your grave or a monster from your opponent's grave. 1 Beatrice, Lady of the Eternal which can detach 1 to send any card from Deck to grave. If you need to, you can send Tarotrei or Tarotreith to get it into rotation as Underworld Ritual can Ritual from grave. 1 Number 49: Fortune Tune for Zeus shenanigans. 

Side Deck: 3 Nibiru, the Primal Being. 2 Thunder King, the Lightningstrike Kaiju. 1 Kurikara Divincarnate. 3 Dark Ruler No More. 3 Evenly Matched. 3 Solemn Strike.
