Go first if you have the option. If you have Snake Rain it's obviously a good hand but what you really want to start out with is Nunu and any other Reptile besides Nyami, Gardna, Mamba, or Vennominaga.
Here's a quick how-to-setup in 23 easy steps:
1) Send Nunu to grave along with Zohah (if in hand already you can send Aleirtt).
2) Return Zohah to hand in exchange for any Reptile besides another Nunu, Nyami, Gardna, Mamba, or Vennominaga.
3) Normal summon Zohah and special Nunu from grave.
4) XYZ summon King of the Feral Imps using Zohah and Nunu.
5) Search for Nauya by detaching Nunu, as XYZ material it is not banished (if in hand already, you can search for Vennominon).
6) Send Nauya to grave along with Keurse.
7) Summon Keurse by tributing King of the Feral Imps and special summoning Nauya, searching for Water Lily.
8) Use Water Lily to send Coatl to grave and summon her by Water Lily's effect.
9) Syncro Coatl and Nauya for Geomathmech Magma (Nauya is banished).
10) Syncro Geomathmech Magma and Keurse for Bishbaalkin in the extra zone.
11) Use Bishbaalkin to summon 10 tokens, 5 on each side.
12) Link Bishbaalkin and 1 token besides the one under the extra zone for Reprodocus.
13) Use Reprodocus' first effect to change the tokens to Reptile type.
14) Link 2 tokens including the Reptile type one for Echidna (do not use her search effect yet).
15) Link 2 tokens for I:P Masquerena.
16) Link I:P Masquerena and Reprodocus for Avramax in the extra zone.
17) Use Echidna's effect to search for Reptilianne Lamia, Coatl, Nyami, Gardna, and Black Mamba.
18) Use Coatl's effect to summon itself, Nyami, Lamia, and Gardna; with Coatl and Nyami under Avramax's arrows.
19) Link Nyami and Echidna for Zer'oll and summon Nyami again using her own effect (be sure to do this before the next step).
20) Syncro Coatl and Nyami for Hydra, destroying the rest of the tokens and drawing 5 cards in the process.
21) Syncro Lamia and Hydra for Melusine (defense position is a good option).
22) Use Mamba's effect to summon itself.
23) Link Mamba and Gardna for M-Frame.
Now depending on what you have in hand, you can use M-Frame's effect to discard 1 monster and put counters on itself then use Zer'oll's effect to remove two counters and tribute both M-Frame and Zer'oll for Vennominon. If you have Trap Tracks, you can use it to destroy Vennominon to pull and activate Rise and summon a ~9000 attack Vennominaga as soon as priority passes to you on your opponent's draw step. Melusine sets monsters to zero attack and Avramax acts as a sheild. If you make it to turn 3 and have a way to summon Black Mamba, then you can pretty much swing Vennominaga for game if Melusine set the targeted monster to zero.
If you're going second, you can use Snake Rain to send Nunu, Nauya, Aleirtt, and Keurse to go into the Draglubion-Numeron combo. If you're crafty and have the right cards, you can also summon King of the Feral Imps beforehand to make Numeron a 13k attack beater. If it catches your opponent off guard, that's game.
If you're having trouble, you can side deck in Crimson Dragon and summon it with any 8 star and Coatl (but not on the turn you use Echidna's search effect, as it locks you into Reptile summons). You can target Melusine to summon Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon (which can also be summoned using Hydra and Lamia) to get out of a bad situation, or forget all that and dump any of them with Ghost Reaper to counter an opponent's dragon synchro deck.
Special thanks to vladimir0909 and his Vennominaga deck for inspiration.
I thought about including Temple of the Kings in the side deck to set Trap Tracks and use it to pop Vennominon and set Rise of the Snake Diety, which would trigger and summon Vennominaga on the first turn... but it's not optimal.
Good luck, have fun.
