This is the version I decided to do about the last XYZ monster of Utopia's archetype = Number 39: Utopia Rising
To know in full about how the deck works today, I recommend the article I've done previously, which I leave below: Utopia Master Duel Feb22
https://ygoprodeck.com/deck/utopia-master-duel-feb22-250713
So, continuing with this change in the extra deck, I'll discuss the use of this card in the deck:
Number 39: Utopia Rising gives Utopia decks a recovery option and could continue combos if you get Nibiru, the Primal Being or any other board wipe.
* Ideas on using Utopia Rising in Grind Game:
Reborn of Number 39: Utopia "Original" transferring the materials to it and over Utopia Rising do S39: Utopia the Lightning and go to the battle phase to attack and use the combo of Utopia and Double or Nothing! just because you won't have another chance after using it and in Main Phase 2 doing AA-ZEUS over 39: Utopia with 2 Material. But you can also choose not to use Utopia's effect if you want to have 3 materials on AA-ZEUS to put pressure on your opponent if you destroy another one of the cards you control.
The same goes for if you made the Ultimate LEO Utopia Ray and the opponent dealt with it and is now in the GY because if you still have the ZW - Lightning Blade in the Deck it will be your main win condition in the grind game for negating effects of monsters every turn while halving their ATK.
A very cool point is the opponent using Nibiru, the Primal Being in the summon of Number 99: Utopia Dragonar and you in the following turn give him Reborn and bring LEO Utopia for example. It's solid applications for this card to help the deck establish the field after losing it on the opponent's turn or being stopped by hand traps.
Another very interesting application is if you take Nibiru in Number F0: Utopic Future and you bring it back to the field and do Number F0: Utopic Draco Future on top. This line of play I've seen players use on turn 1 during the deck combo so you can do 2 F0: Utopic Draco Future on the end board but I consider this a wrong use of 39: Utopia Rising since the standard play of the deck is already make several monster negates because the combination of LEO Utopia and ZW - Pegasus is 2 Monster Negates and with the first F0: Utopic Draco Future that number increases to 3 which means making a redundant move.
The best use of Number 39: Utopia Rising in the deck I see it as being Follow Up in grind games because the Utopia deck is not made for multi-turn play as you go all-or-nothing when making an overwhelming end board with many monster negates among other interactions very difficult to be broken via the opponent's deck engine.
Soon the deck has limitations in the sense of few follow ups and few options of extra deck moves in the return turn due to the use of more than half of the Extra deck to build moves of turn 1. This is where Number 39: Utopia Rising shines to help you to have more control of the game when you lose your established field.
Finally, other changes I made to my Utopia deck:
Using ZW - Lightning Blade instead of ZW - Tornado Bringer proved to be much better because Ultimate Leo Utopia Ray does not interact with the opponent if it is not equipped with a ZW monster and if the opponent uses a Lightning Storm for example you practically lose two negates of monsters including the one from ZW - Pegasus Twin Saber. So this destruction protection proved to be better during games than target protection.
Another main change was using Number 92: Heart-eartH Dragon instead of Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy since even though it is excellent to negate spells on the opponent's turn, Number 92 is able to be used by surprise in the End Phase to banish all opponent's set cards which means winning games against trap decks.
And since decks that use a lot of spells are usually combo decks that need to resolve a lot of monster effects and the deck alone already ends the combo with at least 2 more monster negates so I see it being a great choice to opt for Number 92 instead of Number 38.
And another excellent use of Number 99: Utopia Dragonar on the opponent's turn besides bringing Number 92 is using it to bring Number 41: Bagooska the Terribly Tired Tapir which becomes a great floodgate against several decks that will hurt the turn a lot of them and that even making your monsters also cannot activate effects you will still have the ZW - Pegasus Twin Saber to negate monster effects and the Numbers Protection or any hand trap to stop any other move he tries to make.
Now between the synergy of Number 99: Utopia Dragonar with Number 39: Utopia Rising is that you can use Utopia Dragonar to bring Rising that will reborn another Number XYZ from GY like Number F0: Utopic Draco Future among others and even later it may bring Number 39 back. So, there is an excellent option of cards to give Reborn and recover his win condition again to the field since in addition to giving Reborn he transfers his own xyz materials.
That's why this small change in the Utopia deck greatly improves the grind game and makes it possible to easily establish your field to take control of the game.
Disregard the side deck, they are just card options that you can test.
