The goal is to go second with this deck.
All the ursarctic cards can be used on the opponent's turn but keep in mind that the level 8 effects only trigger when there is already an Ursactic on the field. Try to get any level 7 out first, but preferably Mikpolar as he searches any other Ursactic monster.
Level 7: Mikbilis SS another Ursactic from hand; Mikpolar searches the deck for an Ursactic monster; Miktanus recycles an Ursactic monster from the GY, this includes the synchro monsters!
Level 8: Megabilis banishes from GY; Megapolar destroys spell/trap; Megatanus flips a monster to face down defense position.
Use the Kaiju's as tribute fodder for the Ursactic. Ofcourse you can use them to get tribute an opponent's monster if needed.
The Melffy Catty can SS itself during your endfase. During the opponent's turn you can use it's effect to bounce to the hand to search a level 7 Ursactic monster to keep the combo's going.
Since there are no normal summons in the Ursactic line up, you can use Windwitch: Snow Bell to make Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon with any level 7 Ursactic Synchro monster after you used their effects. Snow Bell gives Crystal Wing an added layer of protection. I prefer going into Grand Chariot to pop two cards, then synchro into Crystal Wing or Draco Berserker of the Tenyi.
Yokotuner is your other possible normal summon. This card lets you SS any other tuner from the hand or GY, this means your Windwitch or any level 8 Ursactic monster.
Interrupted Kaiju Slumber is a "get out of jail card" when the enemy board is overwhelming you. Same for Raigeki.
Ursactic Departure is great to get the cards you need into your hand. Ursactic Slider lets you SS an Ursactic monster so you can SS a synchro, synchro it off or use it as tribute fodder.
Ursactic Big Dipper lets you tribute an Ursactic monster from the GY once per turn instead of from the hand. The 7 counter effect can come up but this doesn't happen very often.
The trap let's you pay 700 life points to bring an Ursactic from the GY to the hand during your turn and during your opponent's turn. Use this to recycle your synchro Ursactic monsters and to keep the combo's and interruption going. It also let's you SS an Ursactic monster during the opponent's turn if you have a lvl 7 and lvl 8 Ursactic monster on the field. If your Ursactic synchro is destroyed by battle while the trap is face up, you can let the opponent shuffle cards into the deck so they have 7 cards combined in their hand, GY and on their field.
Extra deck
If you summon with Yokotuner you can go into a link play (I:P Masquerena/Knightmare Pheonix) before you start combo'ing with the Ursactic cards. This can give you an Accesscode Talker/Knightmare Unicorn on the opponents turn with a possible Borreload Savage with 2+ negates during your turn after that.
Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon and Draco Berserker of the Tenyi for the negates.
Number 38 Hope Harbinger if you have two level 8 Ursactics and haven't used their effects.
