The previous deck is here: https://ygoprodeck.com/deck/ursarctic-atlantean-ver-1-post-dune-334145, it has a lot of explanations for certain inclusions and exclusions and certain questions will be answered there. And I still have not re-invented the wheel.
This deck is not optimised for play, it is, however, optimised to consistently perform in a vacuum. Hand-Traps and other forms of interaction (and uniteractivity) such as Gameciel, the Sea Turtle Kaiju or Gozen Match are not here.
The point of this deck-build is to abuse Deep Sea Diva, and it's also worse than the original in some ways like there is no guarantee that you will get more interruptions. The goal is to search Ursarctic Radiation so that, in certain hands, you will end on Ursarctic Septentrion + Ursarctic Big Dipper with 5-6 chances of getting a way to Normal Summon 'Diva', of which we run 9. This means that there is a 77.4%-83.7% chance that you will have the ability to put up an Adamancipator Risen - Dragite, Baronne de Fleur or Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon only if you don't need to use your normal summon to get to Ursarctic Polari.
The limit on the normal summon is kind of sad but from here there is the possibility of having 4 interruptions relatively consistently.
You can interrupt with a monster searched from the effect of Ursarctic Septentrion if you added Poseidra, the Atlantean Dragon and maybe an additional interruption if you drew into one of 6 Lv8 Ursarctics not being used in the previous hypothetical (61%-68.3%). This deck almost seems definitively better but is slightly more front-loaded than the previous deck-build. Also, the level of consistency is so high that it could be reduced for more simple forms of interaction and the weakness to enemy cards is still the same as before.
There is no way to summon Deep Sea Repetiteur at the moment Guitar Gurnards Duonigis seems like the easiest way to do this but Legendary Atlantean Tridon holds a high place in my regards. Both are functionally equally as useless you really want to summon F.A. Dawn Dragster w/only 2 cards to play through Infinite Impermanence, but you do the same thing in the current build with Lappis Dragon. The deck isn't built with making 'Repetiteur' in mind though, summoning one of your Lv8 Tuners back might have really cool ramifications on the combos in general, at the cost of running more Garnets.
Deep Sea Diva is currently one of the only ways in the deck to bait out negates, that and Ursarctic Slider which we aren't playing.
I'm still not sure about the 'Ice Barrier' package, the Extra Deck can obviously play around its restrictions but maybe 1 is better even if it's not a brick in 77.6% of hands.
It might help if I somehow find room for Brionac so that I can go into Adamancipator Risen - Dragite late into the combo.
I'm still looking at Visas Amritara I feel like there has to be a way to be able to break it, but the ED is already kinda full. Kashtira would slap though.
Is it a good idea to play more than 1 copy of 'Radiation'? At three it could help to play through opponent disruption, maybe.
