You would essentially want to go first
Going First:
(2 card starting hand: Quick Launch + Rakea/Aruha/Prison)
Quick Launch to summon Tracer, link Tracer for Striker, add Boot Sector, normal any Unchained Twin, Striker destroy the Twin, add Tracer back, Twin to summon Sarama, Boot Sector summon Tracer, Sarama set back Twin, destroy Boot Sector, Tracer destroy Sarama, special any LV 4 Rokket, Sarama special Disaster or Abominable, link Striker and Disaster/Abominable for Rage, synchro the 2 Rokkets for Savage Dragon.
Your field is now: Rage, Facedown monster and Savage Dragon.
I know, pretty wussy savage with 1 negate. but this is done with just the 2 cards. if you use other cards in your hand, you can get savage on 2-3 counter, and an Unchained Abomination on field. If you dont get access to rokkets in your starting hand, you can always make a Rage to superpoly thier field, and set a few traps.
Warning: Do
NOT use Rakea or Aruhas effect on field or in hand. You will be locked to Fiend monsters.
NOTE: yes Twin Twister would be a better option than mst.
