This is a heavy combo deck which allows you to consistently setup an unbeatable board, especially when going first and still has OTK options even when going second. The combo will end you on: tripple card return, omni negate, spell + trap negate, every monster can't be targeted with card effects or attacked + full Ibllee lock preventing summoning.
Main combo line (cyberse lock + iblee)
Req: have firewall defenser or a card that can give it (cynet mining, bitron). alternatively can be done with cynet codec + 2 monsters on field.
1) Summon firewall defenser
2) Link into Balelynx (ch1: defenser, ch2: baleynx) - to protect against ash
3) get sanctuary from Balelynx, summon firewall phantom
4) Link phantom + baleynx => splash mage (use phantom effect to get cynet codec if you don't already have it, discarding sanctuary or another spell)
If you have cynet codec, get whichever spell you don't have and haven't used yet: Cynet mining/Cynet Optimization, Cynet Conflict, cynet storm
5) Use splash mage to summon defenser or any level 4 or below monster (dont summon back phantom)
6) link splash mage's material into link decoder
7) Activate Cynet Codec
8) splash mage + link decoder => transcode talker (TOP RIGHT EXTRA ZONE) (ch1: cynet codec, ch2: decoder)
9) From cynet codec get: code generator, gatchiri ignister. Depending on which one you don't have.
10) Summon decoder on the right most monster zone
11) transcode talker effect to summon splash mage below
12) splash mage + code generator from hand => excode talker. (ch1: codec, ch2: code gen in GY, ch3: excode talker)
13) from codec get: parallel exceed, link infra, code exporter. Depending on which one you don't have. Code gen in GY should discard Dotscapper. Excode talker needs to block the zone above transcode.
14) Trigger dotscapper from gy summon anywhere on the field.
15) dotscapper + transcode talker => code talker inverted on the left side of excode talker (ch1: inverted, ch2: cynet codec)
16) codec: get lady debug, backup secretary. code talker inverted: summon lady debug on the left.
17) activate lady debug effect get: micro coder, ibllee, or another extender
18) micro coder from hand + inverted => protectcode talker (ch1: cynet codec, ch2: micro coder)
19) micro coder add spell in the same order from step 4 Depending on which one you don't have. Codec: get ibblee or a ritual monster if you already have her and have no rituals in hand.
20) If you haven't used cynet mining use it on ibblee, get extender that you can special summon: backup sec, infra, gatchiri, etc. If you already used cynet mining use cynet optimization and summon iblee on the field. and use her for the next link summon.
21) lady debug + link decoder OR lady debug + iblee => cyberse witch (TOP LEFT extra zone). Activate parallel exceed and summon it bellow witch.
(ch1: witch, ch2: exceed)
22) exceed: summon next to the other exceed. witch: banish any spell from GY (you should have one already) get cyberse magician.
21) Use witch effect to summon iblee on the last monster zone, or if you already have ibblee on opponent field.
22) cyberse witch + protectcode + parallel exceed below witch => firewall singularity in the middle.
23) check your hand. You should have a monster to special summon from cynet mining and hopefully another monster except degrade buster.
24)
a) If you don't have other monster, summon protectcode from GY. Protectcode + ibllee => wicckid TOP LEFT EXTRA
b) If you do link exceed + ibblee => wicckid TOP LEFT EXTRA
25) ibblee effect, summon her in the middle field of opponent.
26) Use your special summoning monster from hand to summon under wicckid => activate wicckid effect
27) get cyber sage from wicckid
28) ritual summon cyber sage below wicckid by using the monster from step 26. Don't activate singularity yet!
29) Cyber sage => summon Desavewurm => Desavewurm effect summon a monster from your hand, don't change it's level
30) Synchro sage + Desavewurm=> Quantum dragon below wicckid. (ch1: cyber sage effect, ch2: firewall singularity)
31) Singualrity: summon back splash mage, cyber sage: get back ritual spell from GY
32) Splash mage + random monster from step 29 => heatsoul top right. (ch1: cynet codec)
33) Get degrade buster from codec. Then use heatsoul to draw a card.
34) use ritual spell again to summon Cyberse magician on the right side of excode talker.
35) set down Cynet conflict if you have it.
36) Final field left to right: (Quantum dragon, singularity, excode talker, cyberse magician. TOP LEFT EXTRA: wicckid, TOP RIGHT EXTRA: heatsoul)
Active protections
Card effects and battle
Quantum dragon + Cyberse magician (Cyberse lock) - they both have an effect making it so that nobody can target other monsters with card effects or attack them creating a dupe lock. All of your monsters are now untargetable by card effects and attacks. Magician halfs card effect damage. Quantum dragon can return one monster it battles with.
Protection: wicckid protects quantum dragon, singualrity and itself from getting destroyed by card effects. Firewall defenser in GY also protects singualrity. Excode talker protects every other monster in the same way. Only Excode talker is vulnerable to non-targeting card destruction, like Dark hole. Singualrity can bring him back on the field during opponent's turn 1 time.
Interruptions:
Complete iblee lock: both extra zones are occupied and the zone above heatsoul is blocked by excode creating a full iblee lock. Your opponent cannot special summon monsters, before ibblee leaves the field.
Desave in GY negates against spell/trap effects. Cynet conflict is an omni negate. Singualrity can return up to 3 cards per turn as a Quick Effect.
There is also a second line that gets you to the same place by starting with lady debug when you don't have access to firewall defenser, but I won't add it to keep this smaller.
When going second you can just get to Darkfluid, go battle phase and attack the weakest face up monster. Activate darkfluid effect. Discard mathmech multiplication and multiply darkluid attack. This will one shot your opponent and they can't stop it except with traps/quickspells.
Weaknesses
You are vulnerable to every single handtrap in the game, but depending on your hand you may be able to get somewhere good.
If you get to setup your board, it is very hard for your opponent to do anything, but you can still lose to non-targeting banish or tribute summoning, with Kaijus for example.
Changes you can make
The deck doesn't have many handtraps and I am using card destruction + left arm offering, because it plays very funny against Maxx-C.
Your deck summons a lot so if you get either of these cards in hand, just play through maxx-C, summon as much as you can and then use card destruction for an FTK XDDD.
You can remove these cards or cut the second combo line by removing lady debugs to 1, and micro coders to 1, to add more handtraps, but then you are risking being unable to do your combo so becareful!
Final remarks
If you go First, have Mainline requirement and they have no interruptions, you kinda just win the game.
