The idea to mix True Draco with Exodia Millennium came from a strong desire to find a way to make use of the Millennium main deck monsters' main mechanic of placing themselves as Continuous Spells. Originally I experimented with a Crystal Beast engine and then Weather Painters, but once i disocvered True Dracos, I decided this was the best combinationt to give Millennium's main conceit a new strength (aside from Snake Eyes). The Extra and Side Decks are incomplete, but the Extra Deck is mostly going to be used to bring out Exodia and hope for an OTK.
The basic strategy revolves around what you top deck. If you get mostly Millennium, you search Ankh and bring out Unstoppable Exodia. Supposing you top deck only Sengenjin, you're going to be out 4000 LP, so Ghost Sister is there to offset the drain on your life and actually give Exodia some juice. Even if you end up with 4k LP, you still have a strong body on field that can negate any spell/trap once per turn, but come your standby [hase, you burn for 1k, so be prepared to tribute him with True Draco monster using True Draco Apocalypse. At each of your End Phases, you can search one of 3 Exodia centric cards, those being Obliterate!!!, Obliterate!!! Blaze, and Exxod Fires of Rage. Depending on your position after summoning Exodia, you'll probably want to search Exodd as it'll completely wipe your opponent's board at no cost, the only limitation being it requres a Level 10 Exodia monster on the field. If you top decked True Draco Monsters and Ankh, but nothing else, a good search would be Obliterate!!!, since it's a Continuous Trap, you can bounce your opponent's main combo piece, then on your turn tribute it to summon a True Draco. Blaze is important as it'll clear out both players' back row, allowing you to remove any monsters placed by Wedju that otehrwise take up valuable space, but it'll also activate the effects of all True Draco effects that were in your back row, allowing you to pop up to 2 spell/traps and 2 monsters on your opponents field, and then buffing Exodia + 10K. This works with Forbidden Droplet as well, as any monsters treated as Continuous Spells are counted as Spells for its effect, so you can send your pieces as you please to negate up to 5 of your opponents monsters and negate their spells at the same time.
On the True Draco side of things, you can choose to tribute a Millennium Monster as a Continuous Spell to bring out your True Dracos while sparing your important Spells and Traps. Metaltron XII is a replacement for Master Peace (god rest his soul) as the big boss monster with effect immunity. How it shines where Master Peace falters is that it can make itself entirely immune to all card effect, whereas Master Peace can only make itself immune to two card types maximum, though its second effect to pop a card and it requiring two tributes is ideal to Metaltron's required 3 and Extra Deck cheat. I'm still looking for extra deck filler for Prosperity targets as well as Metaltron cheats.
If it wasn't obvious the main appeal is how Millennium is accentuated by the True Draco tech. The deck's main weakness is handtraps and non-destruction removal. It's vulnerable to negation and his little in the way of negates on its own, so you want to hit your opponent at their choke points before they gain traction. In the side is two copies of Spell Card "Soul Exchange" which is there as removal of any of your opponents monsters to get out any of your main deck monsters, but also Exodia the Legendary Defender, a funny alternate win condition just in case. But it also has purpose aside from that, allowing you to tribute your opponent's board to bring out Defender with the combined attack of all tributed monsters, opening yourself up for another OTK. Instant Fusion is there to bring out Millennium Eyes Restrict in order to snag one of your opponents monsters on your turn, but if thy don;t give you that chance, you can steal one anyway using Millennium Eyes Illusionist. Since both monsters are "Millennium" they are included in the archetpye and searchable by Sengenjin's effect, and will be sent to back row as Continuous Spells by Wedju Temple's effect, allowing you more tribute fodder for True Dracos. Relinquished Anima is exactly the same save for being a Millennium Monster. It can be brought out with a Forbidden One piece, and you can steal one of your opponent's monsters using Illusionist. Winning with Exodia aseembled isn't the goal of this dekc, but it's not impossible, hence the draw spells and Prosperity. An important thing to note is that you cannot activate Ankh with an Exodia Piece in the GY or Banished, so only send them after summoning Exodia, or if you don't plan to at all. But if you do want hose pieces back, Exxod and Obliterate!!! can bring pieces back from the GY to hand, while Exxod can even bring them back from Banishment. If you want, you can also side in Dark Factory of Renewal, which will allow you to add TWO normal monsters from your GY to the hand, so if Blaze failed you, you can get four pieces back immediately and the head back with Exxod for the win.
Aside from that there's not much else there for the strategy, It's pretty ham-fisted which is how I like to do things.
