Let me start by saying that this is not a very good deck, just a wacky idea I've had. It's not consistent (pure Ghoti just with Hop Ear is probably better), but it is also very fun when it works, so I wanted to share it. Also, keep in mind I've built this deck a few days ago, before we had the new Ghoti support in Master Duel, so there's probably something new you can add to this now.
The basic idea of this deck is to go 2nd, and combine Hop Ear Squadron with other ways to Special Summon monsters into the field during your opponent's turn (PSY-Framegear Gamma, Rescue-ACE Impulse, Snopios, Shade of the Ghoti, etc.) to go into Synchro plays on Turn-0! You can make Baronne de Fleur, Swordsoul Supreme Sovereign - Chengying or, if you're lucky enough, maybe even a Ghoti of the Deep Beyond.
In addition to that, Tearlaments can mill fish monsters to banish with Snopios and, if you get lucky, you can also make fusion plays. Gizmek Uka, the Festive Fox of Fecundity is also a funny card, since you can summon Fusion Parasite from the deck if your opponent has a Dark monster (also Paces/Fire Attacker if they have Water/Fire monsters, respectively) and make something like a Millennium-Eyes Restrict (or even Tearlaments Rulkallos if you previously summoned Tearlaments Havnis or Tearlaments Kashtira). Since we aren't playing any spells, I decided to also include Sekka's Light, which is a better Pot of Greed in this particular deck (since it can also put back garnets like Rescue-ACE Fire Attacker or Psy-Frame Driver).
You could try playing more Tearlament cards if you want, but I don't have them all in Master Duel (nor do I have the UR points to craft them lol). Fantastical Dragon Phantazmay and of course Maxx "C" are also options if you want to draw more cards (I just didn't want my opponent to immediately end their turn, since I play during their turn too lol). Retaliating "C" could also work depending on the meta. Ravenous Crocodragon Archethys is probably a card you also want to include if you want a Level 9 Fish Synchro (for example, to summon with a Ghoti tuner + Gizmek Uka)
