Usually called Umi Control, this deck uses Kairyu-Shin's unique lockdown effect to win games. This deck can go first or second since based on its ruling can immediately boardwipe certain strategies with its ability. You can also use a small toolbox of tech cards to even out certain matchups. The "Sea Stealth" cards provide protection and the "Fury" cards provide removal, both Searchable with Kairyu Shin (This thing is practically a custom card). With Fish Sonar you also get a small toolbox of various water monsters to use in certain scenarios: Jellyfish is a generic negate, Kraken recurable pop/attack negate, and Barrier statue for another wall to get over for your opponent. If any of them are destroyed, they can return with Dark Reef. Sonar can summon any water-normal monster from the deck and the choice is really up to you for which one. I choose Salmon because it is level 5, which makes is normal summonable with Legendary Ocean. The main issue with this deck is that since Fish Sonar has one printing available it's still $10-12 dollars a copy, But if you're willing to spend a little extra for a fun locals deck I'd highly recommend it.
