The Level 9 monster that we are looking at today is one of my favorite Weather Painter cards, Metaltron XII, the True Dracombatant. It is a Level 9 LIGHT Wyrm monster that requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon it, being unable to be Normal Set. You can also Tribute Continuous Spell/Trap Cards you control to Tribute Summon this card in addition to monsters and it is unaffected by effects of cards with the same card type (Monster, Spell, and/or Trap) as the original card types of the cards used to Tribute Summon this card. And if it is Tribute Summoned and destroyed by your opponent’s card by battle or effect, you can Special Summon a Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck that is EARTH, WATER, FIRE, or WIND Attribute. Metaltron is a pretty bad card in reality when you place it right next to Master Peace, the True Dracoslaying King. Being a 3 Tribute monster that floats into an Extra Deck monster if your opponent destroys it just doesn’t compare to a 2-Tribute monster that has the same protection (albeit from two card types rather than three) that acts as removal on both player’s turns. Since we aren’t playing actual True Draco, the Deck can be pretty inconsistent at times, considering that Dragonic Diagram is Limited. It is not great, but full combo is Dreiath III, the True Dracocavalry General, a True Draco Continuous Spell, World Legacy Monstrosity, and a way to get another monster on the field. We are playing the Deep Sea Diva and Guitar Gurnards Duonigis package in order to access Synchro plays. And with Gurnards being able to double the Level of a WATER you control, you have access to a suite of Synchros like Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon which can get you to Baronne de Fleur, Yazi, Evil of the Yang Zing, White Aura Whale, and other cool Synchros. And while we are playing Yazi and White Aura Whale, with Ib the World Chalice Justiciar being newly Limited, Diva and Gurnards can easily make her to search for Monstrosity which checks off 2 of your required pieces in your combo being Monstrosity and a monster on field. So, if you do draw Diva, that narrows your combo down to Diva, Dreiath, and a True Draco Continuous Spell. Normal Summon Diva, Special Summon Gurnards from Deck, Synchro in to Ib, and Ib searches for Monstrosity. Activate the True Draco Continuous Spell and use its immediate Normal Summon to Tribute the Continuous Spell to Tribute Summon Dreiath. Link Dreiath and Ib into some Link Monster, trigger Dreiath to Special Summon Metaltron XII from Deck, and activate Monstrosity targeting Metaltron XII for full Prediction Princess combo. Can you just hard Summon Metaltron XII? Yes, you really can. All it requires is a True Draco Continuous Spell and 3-material worth of Tribute for Metaltron XII and Monstrosity. So, that usually translates to Diva, 2 True Draco Continuous Spells, and Metaltron XII, but you really do have to play around with your hand to see where you are able to go. The combo I described is just a suggestion. Unlike some of my other Prediction Princess Decks, you can’t really just draw combo. You have to tinker with your hand until you get where you need to go. This Deck is just okay. Biggest downside is your inability to search for your True Draco cards, specifically your True Draco monsters. It’s not like we can play Majesty Maiden, the True Dracocaster or Swordsoul Emergence to get a Wyrm from Deck, and with Diagram at 1, it really does show the inconsistency of True Draco when you are not playing an actual True Draco Deck with draw Spells.
For the Main Deck monsters: 3 Prediction Princess Traotrei, 1 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, and 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse. Tarotrei can Quick Effect flip a monster on field face-up or face-down and during your End Phase, she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or GY face-down. Tarotreith must either be Ritual Summoned or Special Summoned via Tarotrei’s End Phase effect. Her Flip Effect Special Summons a Flip Monster from your Deck face-down and she can also Quick Effect flip any number of your monsters face-up or face-down. Bibliomuse can Special Summon herself back from the GY face-down if she is Tributed and sent there. Her Flip Effect adds a Prediction Princess monster other than herself and a Ritual Spell from your Deck to your hand and while she is face-up on the field, your Ritual Monsters gain targeting and destruction protection from your opponent’s effects. 2 Deus-X Krawler which negates all activated monster effects on your opponent’s side of the field after it has been flipped face-up and if it is destroyed on field, you can search for a Level 9 monster with a different Type and Attribute than it. 2 Metaltron XII, the True Dracombatant. You could play the 1 copy, but Dreiath only Summons from Deck and hard drawing it isn't too bad either. 3 Dreiath III, the True Dracocavalry General. It can also be Tribute Summoned using Continuous Spell/Traps you control. It prevents your opponent frmo targeting face-up True Draco and True King monsters on the field with card effects and they also cannot be destroyed by their card effects either. And if it is Tribute Summoned and leaves the field, you an Special Summon a True King or True Draco monster from Deck in Defense. 1 Guitar Gurnards Duonigis. On Special Summon, it banishes cards from the top of your opponent's Deck equal to the number of WATER monsters you control. Can't really see this doing much unless you banish a card your opponent wants to keep in Deck and it is not like we are playing Deep Sea Prima Donna either to really make use of the banishes. Just don't activate this against Kashtira. Also, you can target a Level 4 or lower WATER monster you control and increase its Level by its orignal Level which really helps out with getting you to a variety of Synchro plays. 3 Deep Sea Diva which Special Summons a Level 3 or lower Sea Serpent monster from Deck on Normal Summon.
Spell/Traps: 1 Terraforming. 1 Dragonic Diagram which can pop another card you control or in your hand to search for a True Draco or True King card from Deck. 3 True Draco Heritage which allows you to draw cards equal to the number of True King and True Draco card types that were sent from field to GY this turn. It doesn't do much if you activated or are going to activate Pot of Prosperity, but the most important part of this card is the immediate Normal Summon of a True King or True Draco monster which is considered as an additional Normal Summon. And if it is sent from the Spell/Trap Zone to Gy you can target and destroy a Spell/Trap on field. 3 Disciples of the True Dracophoenix. It can target 3 True Draco and/or True King cards in GY and shuffle them into the Deck to draw a card. It has the same immediate Normal Summon effect as Heritage. And if it is sent from the Spell/Trap Zone to the GY, you can target and destroy a Spell/Trap on field. 1 Instant Fusion for Master of Ham. 3 Pot of Prosperity. 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction which Ritual Summons a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down and you an banish it from GY during the Standby Phase to Special Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess monster from Deck. 3 World Legacy Monstrosity which either Special Summons a Level 9 monster from hand or targets a Level 9 monster you control to Special Summon 2 Level 9 monsters from Deck with a different Type and Attribute than it but with different names. 3 Infinite Impermanence. 1 True King's Return which targets and destroys a monster on field if it is sent from the Spell/Trap Zone to GY. You can target a True King or True Draco monster in your GY and Special Summon it in Defense Position but you cannot special Summon for the rest of the turn. Also, during your opponent's Main Phase, you can Immediately Tribute Summon a True Draco or True King monster face-up.
Extra Deck: 1 Master of Ham which can Special Summon a Flip Monster from Deck face-down on Fusion Summon. 1 White Aura Whale which needs a Water Tuner and non-Water monsters for material which is easily fulfilled by Diva and Gurnards. On Synchro Summon, it can destroy all Attack Position monsters your opponent controls, and it can declare 2 attacks on your opponent's monsters each Battle Phase, also dealing piercing damage. And if it destroyed by your opponent's card by battle or effect, you can banish another WATER from GY to Special Summon it from GY as a Tuner. 1 Yazi, Evil of the Yang Zing which can target a Yang Zing you control and a card your opponent controls and destroy them, and if it is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to GY, you can Special Summon a Wyrm monster from Deck like Metaltron which gives you a way to pop an opponent's card and immediately get to a Level 9. 1 Ib the World Chalice Justiciar which adds a World Legacy card from Deck to hand on Synchro Summon. 2 Herald of the Arc Light which adds a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell from Deck to hand if sent to GY. 1 Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder. 2 Mereologic Aggregator. 1 Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows and 1 Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity. 1 S:P Little Knight, 1 I:P Masquerena, 1 Donner, Dagger Fur Hire, and 1 Gravity Controller.
Side Deck: 2 Nibiru, the Primal Being, 3 Thunder King, the Lightningstrike Kaiju, 2 Gizmek Kaku, the Supreme Shining Sky Stag, 3 Dark Ruler No More, 2 Lightning Storm, and 3 Evenly Matched.
