Might not be much, but it's the first deck I took to Platinum and have been undefeated in Plat so far.
True Draco is the deck I learned to play with, and it lets you take your time. You watch the enemy play, and you react with what you can, on your terms. The gameplay is more familiar to control decks in games like Legends of Runeterra or Magic the Gathering - you set your field while having a fair amount of reactive ability. I don't love the overly long combos of YGO, and True Draco was the cheapest way to compete as I got started in Master Duel.
I think this deck is in a pretty good place nowadays (master duel tearlaments meta) - with access to skill drain and 3 monarchs erupt. You live and die by your floodgates and ability to pop key enemy spells/traps/monsters. Popping "True King's Apocolypse" during the enemy's damage step can win games.
"There Can Only be One", "Anti-Spell Fragrance", "Summon Limit", "Imperial Iron Wall" can be swapped in for the "Inspector Boarder" or the "Dimensional Fissure" depending on what you're up against.
