The Trickstar’s newest performance venue, the Field Spell Trickstar Live Stage, gives the Trickstar Deck a recovery option it didn’t have previously. When you first activate it, you can put a Trickstar monster in your Graveyard back to your hand. This lets you reuse Trickstar Corobane for an ATK boost, but you can also add back Trickstar Lilybell for a quick Special Summon or Trickstar Lycoris to set up a key combo. Its other effect is perfect if you’re Link Summoning Trickstar Monsters: you can Special Summon a Trickstar Token (Level 1 LIGHT Fairy 0 ATK / 0 DEF) if you control a Trickstar Link Monster or if your opponent has a card in their Spell & Trap Zone. And you can use both effects in the same turn! Trickstar Live Stage is great for stepping up to the stronger Trickstar Monsters like Trickstar Delfiendium and Trickstar Bella Madonna. If you use either of these effects, you’ll be locked into only Special Summoning Trickstar monsters during this turn, but if your plan was to Link climb into the stronger Trickstar Link Monsters, this isn’t an issue.
