Tri-Brigade Zoo

Hi everyone,

my name is Jakzyte and i'm a budget player. I will quickly define what is being a budget player for me and then talk about the deck strategy and the choices i made.

 

Budget : Is constructing a strategy to be as efficient possible with the least amount of money. I wouldn't for example pay 20 bucks for a card and the total price range of the deck should be around 100 €, but of course this can vary depending if I really like the archetype or not. The point is also to buy cards that could be used in other strategies to save a little bit of money in the yu gi oh journey.

So here i'm presenting a the Tri-Brigrade strategy, which has become one of my favourite archetypes. If everything works out fine i will be posting 3 vesions of Tri-Brigade :

1. Classic lyrlusc control version


2. Trap Zoo more popular in the OCG


3. Harpie Tri-brigade which is actually insane

 

I play psy-framed gamma as Handtrap just because it's so good AND it is basically an copy of called by the grave, it facilitate your plays.

D.D Crow could be switched out depending on the need I just like it because it's a winged beast that could either searched or could be discarded.

Then everything is normal ratio wise until you see that i play 6 traps. The 3 Tri-Brigade Revolte let's you have a free 3000 body who banishes somehting on the turn of your ennemy. It is not mandatory since it conflicts with the Barrier Statue lock, but i haven't had any issues with that throught the playtesting yet. The most important trap is Harpie's Feather Storm. This card is broken... and i'm really affraid to show it because this card alone let's you win games.

The Zoo engine is also very good, you can end on Megaclops with the statue lock and and Harpie's feather storm if you drew it. This version is also better to breack boards and tempo.
