This deck seems strong and consistent in my testing. It can be tricky remember what you are and are not locked out of some turns. Rookie Fur Hire locks you into attacking with only Fur Hires, and all Tri-Brigades lock you into using only Beast, Beast-Warror, and Winged Beast for link summons.
You want to start with Rex, Freight Fur Hire and then go for Rookie Fur Hire. That should get you pretty far, but if it doesn't, you should be able to salvage something.
