This isn't a deck I intend for you to just copy-paste into Master Duel, Duel Links, or just buy the cards. I'm here to give you tips and ideas to create your own Dinosaur deck. Moreover, this deck is actually based on Dinosaurs. You can insert your generic negate cards if you want, but I'm remaining a purist for this guide.
Main Deck: The Transcendosaurus archetype can not only be made into its own deck, but its requirement of one spell and two mai deck monsters ( Xeno Meteorus and any Normal Dino) lets it drop into any deck you want. The archetype thrives in destroying cards, and uses them to get off combos. The availability of cards means that you can get out a lot of different extra deck monsters a lot easier than you used to, while still having space for staple main deck monsters like Ultimate Conductor Tyranno. Due to the focus on level 6 monsters, it's important to spread out your arsenal, and have a lot of methods to get them out, whether it be destroying monsters like usual Dino combos, or getting them out with cards like Jurassic Power or The Monarchs Stormforth. There's a lot of possible combo starters and paths you can go down, the biggest starters being Animadorned Archosaur, Miscellaneousaurus, and Ground Xeno. Using monsters like Horned Saurus can also help extend and branch your combos.
The Transcendsaurus cards all share the effect to summon themselves when they're destroyed. Keep that in mind, since card that use destruction as cost can be used on them. You can also use this for interesting plays. Trap cards like Oops! can be used to quickly destroy your cards which can get you in and out of different situations. For example: if your opponent is threatening your board with Ghoti of the Deep Beyond (which would banish everything on the field), you can use High Rate Draw to destroy your monsters so they go to the grave rather than being banished. Not onlly that, but Transcendosaurus cards will bring themselves back, and make Glaciasaurus' effect live. You can also use a destruction trap to attack with a monster, destroy it, bring it back, and attack again.
Extra Deck:
Thanks to the generic Dinosaur's flexibility and access to cards like Scrap Raptor, you have a lot of cards at your disposal; just keep in mind that Xeno cards lock you into Dinos, Dragons, Sea Serpents, and Wyrms. Experiment with cards you like and figure out an Extra Deck that suits you.
Other options:
One thing this deck suffers from is something YuGiOh players call a Garnet, referring to a card you want to have in your deck to call upon, but is pretty hard to work with if its in your hand. Because of this, it's nice to have ways to make these cards useful. One thing Normal monsters are good for is paying cost, since they want to be in the graveyard anyways. Cards like the True Kings or Dragon Ruler cards do well with this since there is decent variety of attributes for Normal Dinosaurs. Other simpler cards like Evoltile Megachirella who simply discard work just as well.
Beta Evolution Pill - Ultranscendance will let you cheat dinosaurs from your deck and extra deck. While it doesn't let you ignore the conditions of main deck monsters like UCT or Overtex Qoatlus, it can cheat out extra deck Dinosaurs. These monsters you cheat out could be good, but keep in mind that they are not summoned properly. This means "If this card is Fusion/Synchro/XYZ/Link summoned" effects won't activate, and if they are sent to your grave you can't summon them back.
From here, feel free to put in whatever cards you feel, whether they be combo starters, bodies, or hand traps.
