This is a replica of puy's World Championship Qualifier build that topped and won the whole event in question, stuck on here for archive purposes.
From the sea of Chaos/Warrior/Panda, this stuck out particularly well for me with its focus on trying to redeem Gravekeepers. While the architype is surely quite well known in Goat Format, it's had almost zero major success as a competently strong deck (other than some relatively minor early victories) despite being a direct counter to Chaos builds; you usually only see Necrovalley used in some side-decks if need be as a tech at best. You see Spy a lot as well however as either a wall and/or in slower Chaos variations.
This attempts to reform them by pairing them up with Anti-Meta/Toolbox Warrior for adjustable plays alongside aggressive backrow removal and 3x Dustshoot to fully control the field and hand. As you can tell it's mostly based around handling the Chaos meta, which it seems to be fairly successful at. Side-deck functions with even more tech to throw in including more backrow removal, Monarch plays and even King Tiger to disable Panda Burn strats. It's a pretty simple but extremely effective deck at doing what it does.
