In modern YGO stun and solely-burn reliant versions of timelord decks are ineffective and slow. The most effective way to play the timelords is to take advantage of their non-destructive properties to reliably wipe out opponent's boards with no prejudice.
A few points to consider:
>Michion+A special summoned Sandaion+Summon into Gustav is an easy OTK/potentially FTK
>TA.I strike can easliy wreck your opponent off 6000LP if you attack their boss monsters with raphion.
>This deck is not reliant upon its extra deck at all except for the trains but they are an option.
>Interrupted kaiju slumber reliably burns your opponent for 1100 and gives you a 3.3K beater each time.
>The one-off timelords can all be exchanged for extra michion copies. However, I have found michion to be lesss useful late-game.
>Rarely, I have found this deck to suffer from lack of ability to bring back time maiden when banished/in the GY, which is why the deck is supplemented with playsets of piri-reis and celestial transformation. In drawn-out matches, ritual sanctuary (light of redemption/miraculous descent is another consideration) remedies this.
>Destructive daruma karma cannon is a more offensive version of junk sleep., but is less effective strategy-wise.
>Mound of the bound creator boosts sandions burn damage by 1K to total 3000 and remedies the most pressing concern of non-destructive targeting removal
Overall the deck functions as a reliable anti-meta deck in the modern format and can win you some locals. Keep in mind, the biggest concern is non-destructive non-targeting removal, which is why i have included a playset of cosmic cyclone. Foolish burial, one for one and harpie's are all viable one-of's you can replace it with if your locals are not flooded with this kind of removal.
