I tried to go easy on UR cards that aren't staples, which are One Day of Peace, Sandaion, the Timelord and Double-Edged Sword, and SR cards, that aren't staples, which is only Time Maiden. So in total there are only 3 SR cards and 3 UR cards (maybe just 2, since One Day of Peace can be useful in other decks) that are specific to this deck. The Extra Deck is only used as fodder for Pot of Extravagance and for Dogmatika Punishment, so you can basically swap any card from there with whatever you like, just make sure you have something for Dogmatika Punishment (If you want some extra utility from Punishment you can send Elder Entity N'tss for an extra targeted destruction).
A few explanations for the choice of some cards:
One Day of Peace: Buys you a turn. Michion, the Timelords effect is not considered damage, so will go through even with this card having been activated.
Double-Edged Sword: Equip this to any monster your opponent controls and crash into it with any of your 0 ATK Timelords. You won't take any damage, because of the effects of the Timelords, but your opponent will. It's an OTK if you attack into any monster with an ATK higher than 2,000 (before equipping Double-Edged Sword) with Raphion, the Timelord (4,000+ battle damage, and the same on top with his end of Battle Phase effect).
Hand Destruction : Good way to fill your GY with Timelords to activate the effects of Empty Machine and Infinite Machine.
One for One: Good way to fill your GY with Timelords to activate the effects of Empty Machine and Infinite Machine. Also a free search with the Special Summoned Time Maiden.
Foolish Burial: Either to send Time Maiden for a free Special Summon from the deck or for a Timelord in the grave for Empty Machine/Infinite Machine
Celestial Transformation: Can Special Summon any Timelord from your hand. Also the end of turn destruction is of no concern since Timelords can't be destroyed by card effects.
