Using the strenghts of the Horus and Armor XYZ engine, turn the Time Thief deck to a deck that can use the Rank 8 toolbox with ease, and unlock a few neat synergies. As well as finaly make Time Thief Temporwhal a core part of the strategy.
King's Sarcophagus combined with a lot of card that become useful once in the GY, and some retriavable cards (Full-Armored Xyz can be dumped twice, if you don't plan to use it's on field effect, by using Dark Knight Lancer's effect).
King of the Feral Imps, the main access to the Xyz Armor Fortress can search both Suprem Soverein Serpent of Golgonda and Therion "Empress" Alasia (wich can later be summoned targeting it).
The equip effect of the Therion monsters can trigger Dark Knight Lancer.
And more...

The ideal non interrupted bord would most of the time end on Dark Lancer, Therion "King" Regulus, Gigantic "Champion" Sargas, 3 to 4 material Apollousa, a possible Redeor and/or both set Time Thief Power Reserve and Full Armored Xyz to go into another Time Thief Xyz during the Standby phase.
Putting up a negate under 5 summon is quite easy, and most hands can go through a few interruptions. .

Things that could be changed righ now : Magicians' soul is really in to fix bad hands and put an Imsety in rotation if not available for some reasons. In a heavy handtrap format, i would swith it for Triple Tactics Talent or Thrust. Once on the field i can only by used as link material. For that reason I could see switching World Gear or Time Thief Double Barrel for a Relinquished Anima.
I could also see switching The Zombie Vampire in the main for Number 1: Infection Buzz King for time rule reasons as well as getting a look at the opponent Extra-Deck. Although The Zombie Vampire, even if it's a bit risky, can fix youself both by giving you a look at your opponent deck and sending to your GY some of the missing Horus or Time Thief monsters you could need in rotation.
Game 2 going 2nd I would side out the field spells, Terraforming, Suprem Soverien and one of the Time thief trap. Side deck cards depicted here are personnal choices based on my local opponents usual decks, and could be switched for anything.
And since we go into a lot of rank 4 i could understand siding in a Gagaga Cowboy, jockingly of course.
