This deck is at its best going second. The M.R.D. (Mekk, Rokket, Dogmatika) main goal is an otk with level 8's and rank 8's. This deck has several ways of getting out a board (I'm to lazy to explain multiple) but my go to is the seven sins otk.
-Any dragon monster normal summon
-Use normal summoned monster to link into striker dragon and draw boot sector
-
If normal summon dragon monster was rokket tracer Use striker's effect to add rokket tracer back to hand
-Use boot sector and activate to special summon rokket tracer
-Activate tracer and select boot sector to special summon any other rokket monster
-Use rokket tracer and the second rokket monster to syncrho summon into chaos ruler and activate effect
-Pick a level 8 monster you can get on field but if none are avalible any special summon monster comes in handy
-Special summon another level 8 monster
either one you had in hand or one you drew from chaos ruler but if the level 8 monster is black luster soldier activate his effect to banish one of their monsters
-Use 2 of the level 8 monsters one being chaos ruler to rank summon into Dingirsu and activate effect to preferably remove a backrow unless there's a monster on field with more than 2200 def or a face down you are really afraid of
-Use dingirsu to xyz summon into pain gainer and activate effect by detaching SPECIFICALLY CHAOS RULER
destroys all monsters with defense less than or equal to 2200
-Use pain gainer to xyz summon into seven sins
-Use chaos ruler graveyard effect to special summon itself
-And that will be 7000 attack which you usually are able to special summon more monsters like mekk or other dogmatika
