The deck practically plays itself. Scales and Magnet are great, Sekka's Light is the best draw power for this deck hands down, and all the synchros are good.
Needlefiber summons Shooting Riser Dragon, use his effect to send Snow, wait for a Special Summon (like Quasar) flip him face-down, summon Moonlight.
Berserk Soul is just a meme card that can sometimes win you a game or 2 after attacking directly w/ Stealth Ninja, but u can side it out if you want to.
