So basically the deck relies on draw power to dig deep into your deck and set up your field as consistently as possible.
Use cards like Magicians Soul, Apprentice Illusion Magician, Foolish Burial, Armageddon Knight, and Dark Grepher (if main decked) to dump 1 of each of the Dark Magicians (DM, Girl, Mahad, Mana) to the GY in order to power up Soul Servant's draw power. Spell-book engine, Circle, Dark Magicians (fusion) and Wonder Wands (if main decked) also help supplement draw power (chain Servant with them for better effect).
When using Servant, use its first effect to top deck whichever essential card (Rod, Souls) is currently not in your hand and then use your support draw cards (Wand, Knowledge, TDMs fusion) to draw it. This will ensure you get a normal summon and special summon same turn for maximum efficiency.
Use Rod to search out Circle, Eternal Soul, Navigation, or Soul Servant if it's fully powered up. Normal Summon Armageddon Knight or Jester (if main decked) if you don't have Rod on hand. Knight will aid in dumping DM, Girl, or Rod (to set up grave effect) to the GY, and also serves as fusion material for Dark Calvary. Jester combos well with Apprentice, allowing you to normal summon her same turn by tributing Jester, which will let you add 2 DM from your deck with their combined effects.
Special summon DM to the field using Magician Soul, Eternal Soul, or Navigation. You can also add DM to your hand using Apprentice and Jester float effect to have him ready for special summoning (Eternal Soul, Navigation) or fusion summoning (Timaeus, Secrets).
Get DM Girl on the field using Bond, Navigation, Mana (float effect) or The Dark Magicians (fusion) float effect in order to make use of Dark Burning Magic for offense and/or Magicians Combination for Defense.
Once you have your Field set up with Circle, Eternal Soul, Combination (optional), and your DMs out of the Deck, look to go into DM the Dragon Knight to have him protect your back-row while also being protected by them.
Other win conditions are getting Bosses like BLS (link) or Dark Calvary (fusion) on the field, endgame burn with Red-Eyes Flare Metal, or Quintet Magician via Predaplant/Magicalized Fusion once you fulfill its summon requirements.
