Get Ameba and Griggle on the field, use any of Shien's Spy (to get the card back at the end of the turn), Mystic Box (to get rid of your opponent's monster), or Creature Swap (to get one of your opponent's monsters) and then inflict 2000 damage (Ameba) or gain 3000 life poins (Griggle). Geonator Transverser can also be used and offers some destruction prevention, but is more limited in where it can swap monsters.
Then, summoning The Agent of Judgment - Saturn and/or The Agent of Force - Mars will let them use their effects (assuming you still have the significant LP advantage) to deal more damage and/or beat over some of their monsters.
Kozaky can be set and then transferred to your opponent, flipped face up either by attacking into it or using Ceasefire, and then it will self-destruct; dealing your opponent 2500 damage.
Messenger of Peace is mainly used to protect you from high ATK attacks. Lava Golem can be summoned to your opponent and cost them 1000 LP/turn while also getting rid of 2 of their monsters. Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction functions in a similar way. Use Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction for a couple of attacks and then transfer it to your opponent once it no longer has materials, which will inflict 2000 damage to your opponent each turn until they can get rid of it. You could also use Ring of Destruction (assuming you have more LP [from Griggle]) to inflict more damage.
Other cards are either support, protection, or additional ways to inflict burn damage (like Grenosaurus).
