Actual description incoming (maybe)
Meant as a fun deck (surprisingly strong going first ?) your opponent won't have fun though :)
Couple bullet points I will expand on (non exhaustive) when I have the time/motivation :
-Honestly ? Surpringly consistent. Really really wants to go first though. Not very resilient if they get their special summons or a raigeki or something. That is, however, if they even get to play in the first place :)
-You have pretty powerful board set ups for what the deck is about. Ties of the brethren really makes the deck (and moon mirror shield puts the nail in the coffin), it's all built around that card. Brothers in arms making the enemy cry, but that's fine, we're (nearly) all aqua, we'll thrive with their tears and feed on them :)
-Nothing meta of course, very weak to interruption (read ash blossom) and destruction of any kind (besides battle), and way weaker going second. You will make people miserable pretty consistently when going first however, if that's the way you have fun, this deck is pure pain for the opponent :)
-You can still special summon so as to make your opponent hate you even more. Dweller (your best friend - cheats the 1800 atk limit letting you attack over everything all the while boosting your board's attack power and offering you protection) and abyssalacia both notably are always available for you to summon no matter which lock you have up. Make them feel pain as you do what they wish they could :)
-Don't be afraid to normal summon testudo erat numen (or barrier statue) if that is your only play, always if you have aquarium stage/ties of the brethren/moon mirror shield/mirror force of course, but you should also consider it without any of them. It can still mess the opponent up a little bit and can buy you a whole turn. Let them feel the wrath of the turtle ! :)
(still working out some ratios, namely the left arm offerings and the level 4s, should also consider called by the grave)
(I have a most likely more powerful and more consistent version of the deck in the works with the same idea, with icejades as your level 4 aqua monsters, however I am not done with it for one, and icejades aren't out on master duel yet, may post it anyway ! Worst comes to worst, on a content update for the game where icejades would be added)
(I also have a list which tries to make transmodify work on top of ties of the brethren and thus have more ways to get out a summon lock either through the barrier statue or the other testudo and also both testudo monsters are mostly a perfect special summon lock together. However, while cute on paper, it really just makes the deck less consistent and more convoluted. Also, the other testudo is awkward against 1800 beatsticks - which are legion - as he dies to them in battle even though it is mutual destruction whereas our cute tiny one doesn't bat an eye if in defense mode. The "perfect lock" also messes you up a little bit as you can't special summon either if you pull it off - read "can't get dweller out". If I ever make it work I'll post it/edit this deck)
