Even without Baronne de Fleur, Tenpai Dragon is more than capable of giving the opponent a Black Christian mother-style *ss-whoopin'. It's basically War Rocks done right--Battle Phase-related effects, Special Summoning during the Battle Phase, battle protection, and decent effects to activate during the Main Phase.
This deck profile is named "Tenpai Dragon Capital", after the Dragon Capital City--or "Ryu No Miyako Inshokugai", a food court located in the Shinjuku ward of Tokyo, Japan. It's got 17 floors under one roof, the first five being focused on Asian cuisine in general, and the other 12 prepare dishes regional to Japan. There's a section in the video where I discuss it.
As for this deck itself, it runs 3 copies of Tenpai Dragon's new monsters, Dora Draco and Tenpai Dragon of Genroku. On top of that, it runs 11 hand traps, 3 Forbidden Droplets, 3 Super Poly, 2 Lightning Storm, and 1 Harpie's Feather Duster. So this deck is intended to go second as often as possible. However, sitting on Black-Winged Assault Dragon can be a decent go-first play, since it can destroy all monsters the opponent controls if they activate too many monster effects.
