Tea Gardner - Master Herald Cyber Angel [High Rogue]

Power: High Rogue (8.4/10) - Fully TCG-legal and still the strongest Tea build, but no longer a 9+ list because the current list removes Herald of the Arc Light, Beatrice, and Apollousa from the old ceiling. The deck still has a real non-meta win condition: resolve Herald of Perfection/Ultimateness with Fairy fuel from Benten and Eva, then protect it with Sauravis and Cyber Angel follow-up.

Consistency: Very strong. Manju, Senju, Cyber Petit Angel, Cyber Egg Angel, Preparation of Rites, Pre-Preparation of Rites, Dawn of the Herald, Oracle of the Herald, Machine Angel Ritual, and Ritual Sanctuary give many ways to reach a Ritual Monster plus Ritual Spell. Cyber Emergency was removed because it does not search this Cyber Angel package.

Ceiling: High. Perfection and Ultimateness convert spare Fairies into omni-negates, Benten turns ritual tributes into more Fairy fuel, Eva reloads Orange Light / Cyber Angel pieces, and Cyber Angel Izana/Natasha give going-second utility and grind. The Extra Deck is now legal utility rather than banned Herald Arc/Beatrice lines.

Recovery: Strong. Benten and Idaten keep resources moving through ritual summons, Machine Angel Absolute Ritual recycles Fairy/Warrior material from the GY, Ritual Sanctuary converts spare Spells into Ritual access and can revive LIGHT Fairies, Natasha can steal monsters from the GY, and Monster Reborn gives one more follow-up push.

Going first/second: Best going first with Herald plus Fairy fuel, but not helpless second. Going first, prioritize Perfection/Ultimateness backed by Benten/Eva/Orange Light. Going second, Cyber Angel Izana, Natasha, Dark Ruler No More, Evenly Matched, Nibiru, Cosmic Cyclone, Harpie's Feather Duster, and Pankratops help break boards.

Choke points: Stop Benten from resolving, interrupt the first Ritual Spell, remove Herald after the Fairy hand is spent, banish Eva targets before it searches, or stop Ritual Sanctuary before it converts spare Spells into more ritual access. Droll also hurts if used after the first search.

Tribute Benten for a Ritual Summon to search Eva, Orange Light, Cyber Egg Angel, Cyber Petit Angel, or Kristya. Sending Eva to the GY reloads two small LIGHT Fairies for Herald fuel. Idaten searches Ritual Spells and gives Ritual Monsters +1000 ATK when tributed. Cyber Egg Angel searches Machine Angel Ritual, Absolute Ritual, or Ritual Sanctuary, keeping the Cyber Angel side live while Herald controls the duel.
