I've had this Deck in the tank for a while, but I just felt like it was missing something. Originally, I had the Deck as a basic Prediction Princess build with Turbo-Tainted Hot Rod GT19 as a Summon from Deck off of Tarotreith which was pretty cool, but it really wasn't anything special other than 1 additonal card in the Main Deck. Then, I realized that Psi-Reflector exists and is basically a 1-card Synchro 9. So now this version of the Deck utilizes Psi-Reflector as a 1-card Synchro 9 which would give you a target for World Legacy Monstrosity to Summon 2 Level 9's from Deck to get your Prediction Princess plays going with the option of getting Turbo-Tainted Hot Rod from Deck on your opponent's turn to modulate its Level and Quick Synchro on your opponent's turn for something like Baronne or Chaos Angel.
For the Main Deck: 3 Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring and 1 Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit. Ghost Ogre is debatable. I want to play the 1 copy just because you don't have a Normal Summon in this Deck other than Psi-Reflector in the situation where you do draw it, so having Ghost Ogre in the Deck to Summon it during your opponent's turn by setting an E-Tele turn 1 gives you more interruptions on their turn. For Prediction Princesses, 3 Prediction Princess Tarotrei, 1 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, and 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse. Tarotrei is a Quick Effect to either flip a monster face-up or face-down and it Summons a Flip from hand or GY during your End Phase. Tarotreith Summons a Flip from Deck when its Flipped face-up and it is a Quick Effect to flip any number of monsters you control face-up or face-down. Bibliomuse adds a Prediction Princess and a Ritual Spell from Deck on flip, it Summons itself face-down when its Tributed and sent to GY, and it makes all Ritual Monsters you control untargetable and indestructable by your opponent's effects. 2 Deus X-Krawler and 1 Pot of the Forbidden as your Level 9/Flip targets. Deus X negates all activated monster effects on your opponent's field after its flipped and it searches a Level 9 with a different type and attribute than it when its destroyed. Pot of the Forbidden can draw you 2 cards, return all Spell/Traps on the field to the hand, destroy all monsters your opponent controls, or allows you to look at your opponent's hand and shuffle a card back into their Deck on flip. 1 Turbo-Tainted Hot Rod GT19 which is a Flip Tuner. On flip, you can declare a Level from 1 to 9 and change its Level to whatever you declared, and after it was flipped, you can Quick Synchro during any Main Phase by using it and 1 other monster on either field. FOR NOW, this list is only playing Synchros that you can make most consistently with your own monsters. You can still use your opponent's monsters to Synchro them, but if you are forced to preemptively use Tarotreith to flip Hot Rod, you may not be able to accurately modulate Hot Rod's Level to Synchro with your opponent's monsters (whatever level they are). If you know what Decks you are most likely to go up against, you would be able to know what Level you need to make Hotrod, but for now, you'd probably gonna be making it Level 1, 2, or 3 for the Level 10, 11, and 12 Synchros we are playing. And lastly, for the Assault Mode stuff, 1 Assault Beast and 3 Psi-Reflector. Reflector is our Normal Summon in this Deck, but you can also get it off of E-Tele if you don't hard draw it. On Summon, it gets you Assault Beast which then discards itself to add Assault Mode Activate which you can reveal for Psi-Reflector to Summon back Beast and make it an 8 so you can Synchro for a Level 9.
For Spell/Traps: 3 Prediction Ritual and 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction. Prediction Ritual is a Pre-prep target and it can banish itself from GY to add a Prediction Princess from Deck. Underworld Ritual Summons a Prediction Princess Ritual from hand or GY face-up or face-down and it can banish itself from GY during the Standby Phase you control a Prediction Princess Ritual to Summon a Non-Ritual Prediction Princess from Deck face-down. 3 Pot of Prosperity. 3 World Legacy Monstrosity to get 2 Level 9's from Deck. 3 Pre-Preparation of Rites for Prediction Ritual and Tarotrei. 3 Infinite Impermanence and the 1 Assault Mode Activate.
Extra Deck: For our Synchros, we are playing 1 Superheavy Samurai Brave Masurawo, 1 Psychic End Punisher, 1 Chaos Angel, 1 Baronne de Fleur, 1 Stellar Wind Wolfrayet, 1 Cloudcastle, and 1 Herald of the Arc Light. Masurawo can draw you until you have 3 cards in your hand when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card or effect, and you can easily make it on your opponent's turn with Turbo-Tainted Hot Rod. PEP is a big unaffected dude that can banish a card your opponent controls every turn and it can also be made with Hot Rod, albeit if you flip Hot Rod on your turn and Synchro then because PEP sure ain't doing anything on your opponent's turn if your Life Points are currently equal to your opponent's. Chaos Angel is another big dude who makes all Synchros you control unaffected by your opponent's activated monster effects if you make it with a LIGHT or it can make all monsters you control indestructible by battle if you make it with a DARK and it can banish a card on the field when its Special Summoned. Baronne is a Synchro 10 that you can make with Hot Rod on your opponent's turn for an omni-negate. Stellar Wind Wolfrayet is the Synchro 9 you will be always going into with Psy-Reflector. Its Type and Attribute are good for getting things like Bibliomuse and Deus X out of the Deck with Monstrosity. More importantly, if another monster's effect is activated and resolves, it gains 300 ATK while its ATK is less then 4000. And when its ATK is 4000, you can Quick Effect shuffle it and all monsters your opponent controls into the Deck. This is going to be the first thing you summon during the turn, and you go through plenty of monster effects for your Prediction Princess combo after that which basically gets its ATK up to 4000 already before your opponent's turn even starts, giving you the ability to spin itself and all other monsters your opponent controls without having to rely on your opponent's monster effects getting its ATK up. Cloudcastle is here to make on turn 3 or beyond with a Psy-Reflector to summon back a Level 9 to go for a Rank 9 play. Herald is here to send off of Aggregator to search for a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell. 1 Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder. 1 Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity and 1 Laevatein, Generaider Boss of Shadows. Laevatein Tributes itself to Summon Jormungandr from Extra and attaches cards from either field or Gy to it as material up to the number of materials it had. 1 Sacred Tree Beast, Hyperyton which can negate an effect that is the same card type as the card you detached. 2 Mereologic Aggregator which can send a monster from Extra Deck on Xyz Summon which means you can send Herald for a search. And you can detach any number of materials from it to attach the same number of monsters in your GY to it which can effectively loop Herald if you Link it off for Gravity Controller (thank you for telling me about this martela). Then, if Aggregator is sent to the GY you can negate the effects of 1 face-up card on the fiend until the end of the turn. 1 Nine-Lives Cat which can detach 1 to reborn a Level 9 in your GY or a monster from your opponent's GY. And finally, the 1 Gravity Controller to Link off Aggregator, and it is a pretty good card in of itself as it can bounce itself and a mnoster it battles in the EMZ.
For the Side Deck: 2 Nibiru, the Primal Being. 3 The Winged Dragon of Ra - Sphere Mode and 3 Lava Golem which we can play for Tribute-based removal as we really don't necessarily need our Normal Summon in this Deck if you draw E-Tele to get Psy-Reflector from Deck. 1 Harpie's Feather Duster. 3 Book of Eclipse. 3 Evenly Matched.
