If you've payed any attention to the OCG, you'd know this deck is being used and is quite strong. This could be due to Chaos Ruler being legal plus Tear still being the best deck in the OCG but the TCG variant of the deck (when Assault Synchron gets released) has it's own merits too.
We have 2 extra copies of Bystial Magnamhut, an extremely strong crackback tool for your turn 3. We also have an extra copy of E-tele which gives the consistency of the P.U.N.K package a bit more of a boost. Lastly, we have slightly different chain block rules. in the OCG, you can't chain block using cards in your hand while in the TCG you can. This means every single bystial on turn 2/3 is a chain block and E-tele is a chain block.
While the loss of Chaos Ruler is quite a hit to this deck's consistency and ceiling, losing the extra level 8 for rank 8 plays and the search + mill is devestating, Jam Drive Dragon is still really useful and strong.
If you want to remove the extra tools of finding Assault Synchron then you can use the P.U.N.K field spell for some extra draws. If you were to get rid of anything for the P.U.N.K field spell, I'd recommend removing On Your Marks, Get Set, DUEL! as it's a continuous spell meaning MST can negate it.
I think this deck is going to still be really strong, despite the different meta climate we're in and how we dont have Chaos Ruler. I wouldn't be surprised if this deck is at the very least tier 2 when Assault Synchron releases.
