Sylvan

Sylvan is a neat little Deck that got much more consistent and better once Dancepione came out. This is a list for the TCG, but I would not recommend this Deck for Master Duel because of how extensive the combos are and how it cannot play through Maxx "C". You can't run that much handtraps in it either due to it conflicting with the excavating aspect of Sylvans. 

1 Mardel, Generaider Boss of Light. Having something that searches a Plant on Summon is really good for searching an extender like Rose Girl or Rikka Princess. Or if you summon it off of Cloister, you can search a starter. 2 Sylvan Hermitree which is 1 excavate and it can stack the top 3 cards of your Deck on excavate. We are only playing 2 so you can't brick, but playing 3 to see it more often means that you can hard make Teardrop the Rikka Queen instead of using Strenna. 2 Sylvan Sagequoia which can Summon itself from hand when a Sylvan is sent to GY (this is a "when" effect, so it will only trigger off of excavations and not when a Sylvan is used as material for a Link Summon) which is not opt and it is 1 excavate. The effect to add back a Sylvan Spell/Trap back on excavate is not really used much unless you excavated a Charity off of Dancepione. 1 Sylvan Guardioak which is 3 excavates and can stack a plant from GY on top of your Deck on excavate. 3 excavates on a big body is good enough to play this guy. 3 Rikka Princess which is a free summon from hand at the cost of not being able to summon things except plants from your Extra Deck while it is on field. Also, it is a monster negate from hand or GY if you control a Rikka monster. This is a good way to make things like Aromaseraphy Jasmine or Rikka Queen Strenna. 1 Staysailor Romarin which sends a plant from Deck when sent to GY. 3 Lonefire Blossom which Tributes a plant to Summon a plant from Deck. 2 Sylvan Marshalleaf which is 1 to 2 excavates on Normal Summon and it destroys a monster on excavate. You don't want to open multiple copies of this card or excavate it often turn 1, so 2 is fine. 2 Rose Princess which is a free Summon from hand if only your opponent controls a monster and it can discard itself to search White Rose Cloister. 3 Sylvan Peaskeeper which is 1 excavate on Summon and is a Reborn for Level 4 or lower plants on excavate. 3 Sylvan Cherubsprout which is 1 to 2 excavates on Special Summon and it can Special Summon a Level 1 plant from Deck on excavate. Cherubsprout is your main source of excavations in this Deck as it is so easy to get it out. And its excavate effect gives you access to things like more Cherubsprouts, Peaskeepers, Evil Thorns, or it can get Rose Lover and Spore into rotation. 3 Sylvan Princessprout which can tribute itself for an excavate and it can Summon itself and modify its Level between 1 and 8 on excavate. This is another good way to get a Level 4 to make Strenna or it can make itself an 8 to hard make Teardrop. 3 Evil Thorn which is basically 2 materials worth of Plant mosnters. 1 Rose Girl which is a free summon if a plant is sent to GY. 1 Fengli the Soldrapom which summons itself when sent to GY. 1 Rose Lover which banishes itself from GY to summon a plant from hand. 1 Spore which is both an extender and its level modulation helps to make Strenna.

For Spells/Traps, 2 Sylvan Charity which is 3 Draws and it stacks 2 cards from your hand back including a Sylvan. 1 One for One. 3 White Rose Cloister which summons a plant from hand if you control no monsters. 1 Called by the Grave.

Extra Deck: 1 Sacred Tree Beast, Hyperyton which is usually a monster negate and you can Summon it off of Strenna. 1 Teardrop the Rikka Queen which Tributes one of your opponent's monsters which you can hard make or summon off of Strenna. 1 Rikka Queen Strenna which can detach 1 to add back a plant like a Rose Girl, Rikka Princess, or Sagequoia. And when it is tributed (usually by the effect of Jasmine), it can Summon a Level 5 or higher plant Xyz from your Extra Deck and attach itself to it. 1 Sylvan Princessprite which can reborn a Sylvan and it can excavate the top card of your Deck and send an excavated plant to the GY or add an excavated Spell/Trap. 1 Lyrilusc - Ensemblue Robin which is like 2 bounces. 1 Accesscode Talker. 1 Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess. 1 Benghalancer the Resurgent which is a bounce and it can reborn itself. 1 Knightmare Unicorn. 1 Traptrix Atypus which is a way to negate face-up cards going second. 1 Topologic Trisbaena to clear backrow. 1 I:P Masquerena. 1 Aromaseraphy Jasmine which tributes a monster to summon a plant from Deck. 2 Sylvan Dancepione which can excavate 3 to Summon up to 2 excavated plants and it can modulate the Levels of monsters it points to.

The Side Deck is just some going second cards. Alpha, the Master of Beasts and Dinowrestler Pankratops are good here as they are free summons that clear the board.
