So my thinking here is pretty standard on most fronts.
I don't have and cannot afford the big money staples that should go here, and I'd add if I could.
Baronne de Fleur, Triple Tactics Talent, Foridden Droplet, the Bystial monsters.
I've tried to mix up my side deck and main deck so I can swap out between interuptions and board breaks depending on going first/second. I think I'd always keep Effect Veiler in for the additional tuner.
The two tech cards I've put in that I've not seen to often is Instant Fusion, the Magikey and Golden Sarc. Idea here is that if MoYe token summon is negated I could either Instant Fusion a tuner to the field and continue to play, or golden sarc one of the blackouts for a token.
I see most decks run one Blackout - I run two because I run Prosperity and also for the Gold Sarc target.
I'm returning after a long time out - I'd love to hear any thoughts on this budget build. The handtraps in the side and main can always be switched out depending on the current meta. But I think this would be a fairly solid deck, and could do well at locals - possibly higher.
