The most underrated deck in the format. Swordsoul Tenyi is a deck with high skill ceiling, but low skill floor, making it avaible to every Yu-Gi-Oh! player. In the video ( https://www.tiktok.com/@greenfrog96/video/7255254694669421850 ) you can see a 3 card Swordsoul combo, that still leaves you with 5 cards in the hand and 3 interuptions.
Deck is vulnerable to Dark Ruler No More mostly. Any other card it can play through. It constantly recovers from it's board beeing destroyed making it a great choice for long games. Floodgates do hurt this deck, but they cannot kill it as summoning Tenyi Spirit - Ashuna with it's effect and then summoning Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring can lead to Baronne de Fleur which gets rid of There Can Be Only One. If your opponent activates Skill Drain, Tenyi Spirit - Vishuda can get rid of that aswell as Harpie's Feather Duster. Tenyi Spirit - Shthana can be an interesting reply to Gozen Match, allthough if you have Tenyi Spirit - Adhara and Tenyi Spirit - Vishuda in your hand, that can also solve the problem. In worst case scenario, you normal summon Swordsoul Mo Ye and go for Adamancipator Risen - Dragite. Or you can normal summon any wyrm and set Swordsoul Blackout. That, aswell as Harpie's Feather Duster is an answer to all floodgates. Handtraps should help you and if you are able to hit the right spots, like hitting the right Polymerization activation in HERO deck or using Nibiru, the Primal Being at the right time against Dark World or Sky Striker deck, you will get a turn more and probably kill your opponent on that turn. Almost every deck in the game currently, except Swordsoul and Spright Runick decks, has a turning of point that makes the opponent to pass the turn.
