Cards you need : Shooting Riser Dragon + Baronne de Fleur
You need ss Shooting riser Dragon, to summon a lvl 7 synchro (Or a lvl 9) you need Swordsoul Sacred Summit or Swordsoul Emergence spell and Swordsoul Of Taia, use Taia effect to banish one of those spells then ss a token
Chain the spell effect to decrease in 1 lvl Taia or token (If you want ss Kyubi lvl 9 use the same but this time increase lvl instead of decrease)
Summon Shooting Riser Dragon and use his effect to send artifact Scythe to gy
From hand use Swordsoul Strategist Longyuan to ss to field and then place a token, synchro summon Baronne de Fleur
Finnally in the opponent SP use Baronne de Fleur effect and ss summon scythe from gy, lock its complete !
Important: if you can SS a lvl 8 monster plus the lock monsters at the main phase you can SS again a synchro monster like Baronne or Swordsoul Supreme Sovereign - Chengying with Shooting Riser Dragon effect + the other lvl 8 monster
