Subterror (Reborn Format)

The official Yu-Gi-Oh Banlist applies to this format. 

Altered Rules: 

1. Fusion, Xyz, Synchro, Link, and Pendulum Monsters can only be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck to an Extra Monster Zone, or a Main Monster Zone a Link Monster Points to. 

2. The turn player can only use one Extra Monster Zone per turn. Once they have used one, they cannot use the other one until the end of their turn. 

3. The turn player can conduct two Normal Summons/Sets; one in Main Phase 1, and one in Main Phase 2. 

4. The first turn player does not skip their draw during the first Draw Phase. 

5. Main deck limit is 40 to 50 cards. 

6. Extra Deck and Side Deck limit is 10. 

7. Players can only use one card per copy in their Main and Extra Deck with exceptions based on choosing one of the following builds (non-effect monsters do not count against this limit): 

- You can have one Forbidden Card in your deck, as well as 2 or 3 copies of one card of your choosing. 

- You can have 3 copies of two cards of your choosing. 

- You can have 2 copies of three cards of your choosing.
