Instead of relying on Diabellstarr to access Snake-Eye lines, this list focuses on the insane value Ash + Populus can generate.
The main combo starts with the normal summon of Ash, then using Ash to search Pop, who then triggers to ss herself. Her effect sets the Sinful Spoil, which you use to trade Pop for Ponix. You can then chainblock the Ponix search with Pop's graveyard effect. From here you can run through the standard Amblowhale combo.
Of course, this is a budget deck. If you're looking for a few upgrades make sure to add Zeus and/or TY-PHON, as well as Little Knight to the ED. Additionally, you should upgrade the side deck.
