Pretty simple game plan, make a starting board ending with Spright Elf, I:P Masquerena and if you can extend, include a spright monster with another level 2 monster to negate opponents cards. Have Shaddoll Schism set on the field and get ready to chain link it first and then go into the Spright Elf effect to specail summon something you want from the grave and then link I:P into Avramax and sit on that with Winda on the field and bonus points if you can also have Secret Village of the Spellcasters on the field to floodgate your opponent as most people aren't playing spellcasters.
Turn 1 if you can also have a Saambell on the field that is extra credit at locking your opponent out of spells right away and you don't have to wait until the Main Phase to summon Winda out to lock your opponent out. I use Gigantic Spright to get out the Dogra to send Shaddoll Apkallone to the grave to add Schism to hand...make sure you have at least 1 card you don't care about to discard for the effect to add the Schism. I find most of my opponents scoop after normal summoning their first monster after Winda gets chain linked to it's summon.
I added a side deck of cards I would recommend you switch out at a competitive level, but this doesn't mean you can't play your own hand traps and other cards to help you get through the ladder as needed. This was created before Tearlament's rein so do plan accordingly and swap out cards as necessary. I would suggest looking into any and every level 2 monster you can since there's ones I didn't include that are great for going up against different meta strategies.
Best of Luck!
