Spell Proof Armor (November 2020)

A deck that focuses on normal machines, the original pre-errata'd version of Spell Proof Armor allows you to summon all normal machine monsters for 1 less tribute, regardless of whether you have any on board already or not. For this reason, the deck runs the best three LV6 or lower normal machines; Ally of Justice Clausolas at 2300 ATK, X-Head Cannon at 1800 ATK and Pendulum Machine at 1750 ATK - two of which can be searched via Summoner's Art. Because the deck highly focuses on normal monsters, it also runs Heat Wave to lock the opponent out of the game. You can also choose turns to not use Heat Wave, such as a turn where you summon Jinzo - which the deck still uses as it is still a machine so it doesn't turn off the skill (although cannot be summoned for one less tribute by it). In addition, all machine monsters (including) Jinzo become immune to your opponent's spell effects - while Jinzo already negates traps. This allows you to focus on your own spell cards, such as the staples Book of Moon and Offerings to the Doomed to deal with your opponent's monsters.
