So, this version of the Rokket list came out of my desire to incorporate Smoke Grenade of the Thief into the combos, to hand loop people for 1 targeted card. However, I didn't like that the combo route I'd seen required an additional extender. Instead, by incorporating Draco Masters of the Tenyi, we can burn the Herald (OR and extender to save it) and thus also get the combo even if we whiff on an extender, which to me feels a lot more reliable. It ends on Buster Lock + Savage + Dragoon, and with an extender also ends on Herald of the Arc Light (plus 1 hand loop, by summoning Vylon Cube, and synchro summoning Herald).
I think Dragoon is the best boss monster in Rokkets right now. It lets a deck that already plays through interruptions play through yet another interruption, and it helps break boards and contribute to absolutely insane ending boards. However, the dark Warrior package eats up too much space - it'd be fine to incorporate just the Codebreakers, but the Phantom Knights cards are really disruptive to the functioning of the deck (even if 10 negate boards are fun), and I don't think there are many worthwhile targets for the codebreaker package in the hand loop build. I'll definitely be trying using codebreakers to make Unchained Abomination in the future.
Chaos Dragon Levianeer helps break boards, but also contributes to the hand disruption, since it can be searched with Brotaur. The deck doesn't loop as many cards out of hands as Infernoble will, but even a single targeted snipe is great for providing the information you'll need to lock down games.
Go through the combo in the order it is played out in the Extra Deck and you should figure it out. You have to be mindful of zones for Triple Arrow with Tenyi link 3 and the Guardragons under them, pretty standard for decks running the guardragons. The real thing that might trip you up is you have to either make Herald + Halqifibrax into Draco Masters of the Tenyi OR you can use an extender here to end on an extra negate.
