During testing I've found that the deck is focused around 4 things.
You want Novox, Skull Guardian, non-ritual Sauravis, and Silenforcing Barrier on the field by the end of your turn.
Novox will get you Barrier which will in-turn protect all your LIGHT monsters.
Skull Guardian acts as an omni-negate and 4100 beater when Novox is on the field. The relationship between Skull Guardian and Novox is similar to Rescue-ACE Hydrant and Turbulence. You kinda want them both on the field, but the Level 1 is more important if you can only have one.
Non-ritual Sauravis can go into any of your ritual monsters except Benten. You can go into Ritual Sauravis to return to hand and negate and banish a special summon, which sets up a hand-trap negate in case Barrier gets removed.
If non-ritual Sauravis' effect counts as a ritual summon, you can also go into Pendulumgraph to burn your opponent, negate a spell, summon an Odd-Eyes from the Extra Deck, then search a ritual spell during the End Phase.
Ritual Saffira is good going first, due to its hand ripping effect in the end phase. It's also useful if you need to return Novox from GY to hand, or to get more cards in hand.
Ideally, you want Novox and Silenforcing Barrier out as soon as possible. This can be expedited using Diviner, Benten, and One for One.
Diviner, sending Herald of the Arc Light, then ritual summoning using Diviner will allow you to special summon Novox from deck.
Tributing Benten for a ritual summon will add Novox to hand.
One for One will also special Novox. This is why I've chosen Effect Veiler over Infinite Impermanence. Veiler plus a Level 6 Diviner can also give you the levels for your Level 7 Rituals.
Pre-Preparation is good because Skull Guardian, Sauravis, and Saffira are all mentioned on the ritual spell.
Preparation is good because it can search all your ritual monsters. It's also easy to get the ritual spell in grave to retrieve using Preparation.
The trap Authority offers an alternative target for Novox's effect and acts as an additional searcher if you happened to open Barrier.
The extra deck is pretty free outside of the Diviner targets. I added some targets for Pendulumgraph, as well as some Rank 7s since most of the cards you'll be summoning are Level 7s. I tried to pick out some good LIGHTs since they'll be protected by Barrier. I added some generic Links that work with LIGHTs and Rituals. Feel free to change it up as needed.
Overall, the ratios felt good, but I'm always open to some constructive criticism.
