Shining Regenesis Dark Magician

Imagine if Dark Magician was a well constructed modern deck. Basically this.

Shining Sarc is pretty easy to understand. Dark Magician Girl searches, Dark Magician or Skull Servant just help as bodies on the board for Regenesis

Regenesis is also easy. You want there to be a 2500 Atk or Def monster somewhere on board or in hand. Than you can just cycle them out every turn as bodies and as easy negates. 

Red-Eyes Fusion + Red-Eyes Black Dragon in the deck means Dragoon can summon to the field. Two pops, plus a negate. Very powerful card.

If Dragoon isn't working/isn't consistent enough. There is plenty of things in the extra deck you can use to mix things up for more consistency instead. (My favorite was two Maxx "C"s and a Twin Twister).Honestly, all of them are great and just depend on the deck your opponent is running.
