The main idea here is normal summon DARK shaddoll, use krawler soma to turbo out shaddoll construct (the link), Use shaddoll construct (the link) to summon el shaddoll construct (the fusion), make el shaddol construct (the fusion) dump schism, then us shaddoll construct (the link) GY eff to send el shaddoll construct (the fusion) to bring itself from GY, and el shaddoll construct (the fusion) recover schism. Set schism so you can summon winda on opponent turn.
The rest of the cards are more or less shaddoll and krawler control.

WL pawns is our flip control, gives us control on what eff we want to triger and when. Less relying on opponent atk.
WL in shadow is our non once per turn removal. It can also triggered if your main deck shaddoll is destroyed by battle.
WL survivor is our searcher and can also trigger multiple shaddoll monster GY eff. And works as Ash bait. Leaving our soma activate its effect a bit free-er. Pay attention that you will be locked into link monsters, so either fusion summon important fusion first, hope for it to get ashed, or double down on link locks. Shaddoll construct is decent link climbing tool since you can revive it from GY and I've put several good link monsters there.
WL mind meld is filler I believe we can use as survivor target.
