Shaddoll Cartesia FEAT:Witchcrafter MK5 (the last one for now)
This is probably the last version of the deck for now, i've had a lot of fun brewing this list. Here are the links to the other version if you want.
MK1: the pilot
MK2:The branded version
MK3:the fusion spell variant
MK4:a streamlined shell for this current deck to be based off of

Without further ado, let's begin explaining. But first the a few notes about weird stuff that doesnt really fit anywhere else.
0: despian luluwilith
This card is amazing for this deck, its first effect you will trigger every turn you control it, its second effect allows you to have super easy follow up turns with more fusion play, you can summon it with Granguinol. As of time of writing this, this card is not out yet. So on the side board there are the other two despian monsters I would consider adding for now as replacements, they're nowhere near as strong as Luluwalilith but oh well. (I would consider adding aluber if you chose quaeritis)
Currently there are 14 slots in the extra deck, I'm not sure what belongs here. In previous versions I've been putting a link to one monster like Carla and Ruska, just so you can put stuff in your GY but I'm really not sure if it belongs here. Link spider is another card I considered so that if you get Nibiru, the primal being you can special summon Dogmatika Ecclesia, the virtuous. Apollousa, bow of the goddess, might be a really good add for the sake of getting 4 monsters off of the board. I don't know if Selene, the queen of master magicians is for this deck, but it seems really good. Curently I have an extra Witchcrafter Vice-Madame soo that you can fusion summon one with it after esnding it to the GY with Granguinol
Predaplant chimerafflesia in the deck more because I own the card. Alba-lunautis does the same thing. I like plant, you can fight me.
Now we actually start.
I started playing yugioh on the playground which of course led to certain archetypes being more prevalent, I was the cyber dragon guy in school. I stopped playing around middle school, but restarted when master duel came out. Randomly of a pack I got a royal witchcrafter haine which led me to playing the archetype all the way up to plat (this was the highest rank at the time) and had a lot of fun doing it. Looking at the TCG cards at some point I saw that they were printing witchcrafters vice madame and witchcrafters con[fusion] confession. These cards aren't very good within the deck but something was there that I wanted to play. The spice comes when one card was printed Blazing cartesia, the virtuous
this gen of cyber dragon BTW
2:Blazing cartesia, the virtuous
This card changes everything, especially with fusion monsters generally throughout the entire game, Granguignole the dusk dragon does much of the same (this card is a spellcaster, don't ask why but it is). Playing or finding Blazing cartesia, the virtuous is the initial play of every good hand (with a few notable exceptions), there are 12 copies of cartesia in the deck to make sure that you find it in almost all your games, you can run more but the other ways to find it are for the most part bad in this build.
3 Blazing cartesia, the virtuous
3 Branded in high spirit
it searches blazing cartesia at the cost of 1 monster in hand and sends granguinol to the GY.
3 Fusion deployment
This card allows you to summon cartesia from the deck at basically no cost.
3 Keeper of dragon magic
On normal can find fusion deployment with special cartesia so you don't need the normal, it is also a dark monster for granguinol.
Finding Blazing cartesia, the virtuous is not super duper important in every hand but it enables the entire deck it makes the deck so much easier to play. Basically every single turn you will be re-adding a Blazing cartesia, the virtuous to hand to re-play it the next turn. The strength of the deck is its turn by turn power building inevitable game ending advantage along with another card we will get to later. The ability to flexs play into many possible lines makes the deck a lot of fun to pilot as well. The main lines I run are,
Get Blazing cartesia, the virtuous on board.
Fusion summon Granguignole the dusk dragon, send _____ too GY
Titaninkla to find dogmantika line (only if you have eclecia in hand)
Shaddol apcalone if you have shaddol cards so that you can find your shaddol scisem running out winda is pretty strong
Witchcrafter vice madam so that you can return it to play with witchcrafter holiday, the granguinol's second effect will triger the effects of the vice madam allowing you to find a a witchcrafter to combo, this line is solid but uncommon, also I don't think that adding more witchcrafter holidays to the deck will make opening hands much more clunky.
Predaplant chimerarafleisia to add to hand a fusion spell which could be the [fusion] deployment, witchcrafters con[fusion] confession and magicalized [fusion]. I considered adding shaddol fusion but i dont think it's actually that strong in this build of a shaddol deck.
Use Granguignole the dusk dragon to sommon a despian or dogmatika card
The witchcrafters are the main point of the deck. Normaling Blazing cartesia and immediately fusioning vice madame is the primary game plan. Using the witchcrafter apprentice effect you can set up more play food following turns. And sometimes you have to just use the apprentice to summon haine so that you have some amount of interaction for the next turn.
The best card in the witchcrafter package is witchcrafters patronus. This card allows you to find a number of tools for independent matchups, (on side board I would consider witchcrafters draping)need recursion find holiday need Aruru find collaboration, need another fusion spell, use witchcrafters confusion confession. Notably Patronous can target any spellcaster in GY or Banish so that means that you can recycle any of your monstersminus a few. There are in total 8 witchcrafter monsters in the main deck including 3 Witchcrafters colabboration, I have foound this more than enought to consistantly have the mattirial too sommon the Vice-Madame
passed this point is not edited yet. sorry
The dogmatika engin in this deck is very small, while yoou can summon them with the granguinol likely you arnt, usualy you are only using this engin when you have the nadir servan in your hand. There are a number of extra deck monsters for the use of dogmatika punnishment, with elder entity N'tess, predaplant chimerafflesia and garura, wings of resonatlife. All of these are decent, but there is 1 small problem there are no monsters in the deck that can hit high attack monsters so finding space for quintet magician is quiet difficult.
so little space, so many cards
At one point in the I this decks life there were shaddol cards in the main deck but more often they were just bricks noow the main line for the shaddoll cards is the send to graveyard El shaddol apcaloone so that you can add shaddol schisem to the hand then use whatever you have to make the shaddoll monster you want, hopefully winda, this is probbably one of the more simple parts of teh deck.
6. Super plimerisation
Super poly is one of the newest adds to the deck, it give the deck quet a bit of power on the second turn, alowing you to bored break, there is garura and starving venom along with predaplant dracostepelia as a possibble fusion targets. this slot coould also become the spot where I put hand traps there just arnt taht many hand traps that i want to run (I know im wierd). the only one i was sorf there for was effect veiler bbecause it is a spellcaster i dont know what is right here but oh well more slots fort the side bboard to fix
gotta finish this later but i promise i will
