Seto Kaiba - Season 1 - Duelist Kingdom Custom

Seto Kaiba's Season 1 deck from the anime mixed with some manga influence. 

The 3 Ancient Rules in the main deck is to simulate the early Yu-Gi-Oh! anime where Tribute Summoning wasn't a mechanic. Great in conjunction with his 3 Blue-Eyes. 

Grappler, Ryu-Kishin and Wicked Worm Beast he used in the manga.  

Wall of Illusion in the main deck was used by the Duel Computer which has his own cards. This is also the case for Invitation to a Dark Sleep, Aqua Madoor, Cyber Jar, D.D. Warrior, Dark Zebra, Boar Soilder, Maha Vailo and Dragon Seeker in the side deck.  I choose Wall of Illusion for the main deck because it's extra syergy for Crush Card Virus.

Dark Energy and Megamorph in the side deck are the closest thing to his anime exclusive card "Negative Energy Generator."

Kaiba used Gyakutenno Megumi (which is in the side deck) to stop a gun man both in the anime and manga. Also, in an offical voice acted duel featuring Kaiba's voice actor, Kaiba uses a retrained version of Megumi called "Godess of Sweet Revenge" against Yugi.
