Power: Low Rogue (6.2/10) - Fully TCG-legal and still the faster Seeker Exodia build. It keeps the Royal Magical Library and Bamboo Sword identity while using legal singletons of Chicken Game, Into the Void, Card of Demise, One Day, and Called by the Grave.
Consistency: Medium-high for Exodia. Library is the best opener, while Summoner Monk turns spare spells, especially Cursed Bamboo Sword, into Library access. Pot of Duality, Upstart Goblin, Toon Table, Reload, Magical Mallet, and Bamboo cards dig hard.
Ceiling: High when uninterrupted. Library converts repeated spell activations into draws, Golden Bamboo Sword gives the cleanest draw-two bursts, and Wonder Wand can cash in a spent Library for two more cards.
Recovery: Low. This is an all-in draw deck, not a grind deck. Card of Demise and Into the Void are powerful but punish failed turns, so sequence them only when pushing for Exodia.
Going first/second: Best going first and trying to win before interaction matters. Going second, the side brings Nibiru, Dark Ruler No More, Evenly Matched, Cosmic Cyclone, Feather Duster, and two legal Drolls.
Choke points: Stop Library, negate Summoner Monk, remove Library before the third spell counter, or use Droll after the first search/draw. Back-row hate also matters if it hits Bamboo equips before Golden resolves.
Key cards: Royal Magical Library, Summoner Monk, Broken Bamboo Sword, Cursed Bamboo Sword, Golden Bamboo Sword, Toon Table, Upstart Goblin, Chicken Game, Into the Void, Card of Demise, Wonder Wand, Called by the Grave, the five Exodia pieces.
Key combos: Summoner Monk discards Cursed Bamboo to summon Library and search a Bamboo card. Library plus three spells draws a card. Broken or Cursed Bamboo turns Golden Bamboo into draw two. Toon Table chains thin the deck while adding counters. Wonder Wand sends a used Library to draw two; if Cursed Bamboo falls off with it, Cursed searches another Bamboo piece.
