When I am doing these Level 9 monster experiments for Prediction Princess, it always amazes me how easy it is for certain archetypes to get a Level 9 monster out onto the field, especially without the use of World Legacy Monstrosity, more specifically ones that are capable of getting multiple Level 9 monsters out onto the field without much effort. The Level 9 monster that we are looking at today is Scrap Twin Dragon which is a Level 9 EARTH Dragon Synchro Monster. Scraps have an incredibly easy time getting to their Synchro monsters with the advantage they can accumulate if destroyed by card effect and sent to GY and with the individual Levels of their playables. Specifically, with just how good of a card that Scrap Raptor is alongside Scrap Golem's effect to Summon back a Level 4 Scrap Monster from GY being a soft once per turn, it is very easy to get to Synchro plays. As we all know, 4 plus 5 equals 9, so Raptor plus Golem is a Scrap Twin Dragon. You are able to put out 2 to 3 Level 9 monsters with Scraps and all you need is a free monster on field, Scrap Raptor, and Scrap Factory. The free Summons I am choosing to play are Kashtira Fenrir and Deepsea Shark through Ready Fusion, but you can also play Gilasaurus since we are playing Fossil Dig to search for Raptor. After you get your free Summon onto field, activate Factory and Normal Raptor. Raptor then targets and destroys itself, while also giving you an additional Normal Summon of a Scrap monster this Main Phase. Factory triggers as Chain Link 1 while Raptor triggers as Chain Link 2 for a Chain Block. Raptor searches for Scrap Golem from Deck and Factory Special Summons another Golem from Deck. Golem on field Special Summons back Raptor from GY and Synchro both Golem and Raptor into Scrap Twin Dragon. Link off Scrap Twin Dragon and your free Summon on field into Scrap Wyvern. Wyvern Special Summons back Scrap Golem from GY and destroys Scrap Factory. Golem Special Summons back Scrap Raptor and you Synchro them once more into Cloudcastle. On Synchro Summon, Cloudcastle Special Summons back the Level 9 Scrap Twin Dragon from GY. That gives you 2 Level 9 monsters on field. Now with your extra Normal Summon, you can Tribute Summon the Scrap Golem you searched by Tributing your Scrap Wyvern on field. Golem can bring back Raptor again to go into another Scrap Twin Dragon for a 3rd Level 9. If you go through your Prediction Princess plays and had access to Prediction Princess Bibliomuse, you can use Bibliomuse and that extra Level 9 on field to go into Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows.
For monsters: 3 Prediction Princess Tarotrei, 1 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, and 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse. Tarotrei can Quick Effect flip a monster on field face-up or face-down and during the End Phase, she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or GY face-down. Tarotreith must be either Ritual Summoned or Special Summoned via Tarotrei’s End Phase effect. On flip, she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from Deck face-down and while on field, she can Quick Effect flip any number of your monsters face-up or face-down. Bibliomuse can Special Summon herself back to the field if she’s Tributed and sent to GY. On flip, she can add a Prediction Princess monster other than herself and a Ritual Spell from Deck to hand, and while she is face-up on field, she gives all of your Ritual Monsters targeting and destruction protection from your opponent’s effects. 1 Deus-X Krawler and 1 Pot of the Forbidden for our Flip Monster choices. Deus-X negates all activated monster effects on your opponent’s side of the field after it has been flipped face-up and if it is destroyed on field, you can search for a Level 9 monster with a different Type and Attribute than it. Pot of the Forbidden on flip allows you to choose from drawing 2 cards, returning all Spell/Traps on the field to the hand, destroying all monsters your opponent controls, and looking at your opponent’s hand and shuffling a card from it back into the Deck once per turn. 3 Kashtira Fenrir which can Special Summon itself from hand if you control no monsters. It can search you a Kashtira monster from Deck, including itself, once per turn, and if it declares an attack or your opponent activates a monster effect, you can target and banish a face-up card your opponent controls face-down. This is one of your “free Summons” that you need in your combo. The fact that Fenrir can Summon itself and search for another copy of itself means that you have a monster on field for your combo while also having had searched for another Fenrir for the following turn. For the Scraps: 2 Scrap Golem, 3 Scrap Raptor, and 1 Scrap Chimera. Golem can Special Summon a Level 4 or lower Scrap monster from GY as a soft once per turn which is extremely nice as we are getting Golem onto the field multiple times in our combo which equates to Golem bringing back multiple monsters for our combo. You can definitely play just 1 as you can just have the 1 in Deck to Summon off of Scrap Factory, but I like having 2 to have the option of searching it with Scrap Raptor as well in order to be given the option of Tribute Summoning it for another Level 9 on field after bringing back Raptor and Synchroing into another Scrap Twin Dragon to have Rank 9 plays available as a part of your endboard. Also playing 2 ensures that you will at least have 1 Golem in Deck for Factory to Summon for those who are afraid of God. Raptor can pop a card you control to give yourself an extra Normal Summon of a Scrap monster during the same Main Phase. Also, if it is destroyed by card effect and sent to GY, you can add a non-Tuner Scrap monster or Scrap Factory from Deck to hand. You always search for either Golem or Chimera with this effect with your extra Normal Summon allowing you to bring whatever you searched out onto the field. Chimera can target and Special Summon back a Scrap Tuner from GY on Normal Summon. If Golem gets you another Level 9 for a Rank 9 play, Chimera gets you 2 additional monsters on field for a Link play, specifically for going into Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess with Scrap Wyvern for 3 monster negates.
For Spell/Traps: 2 Prediction Ritual which specifically Ritual Summons Tarotrei and you can banish it from GY except during the turn it was sent there in order to search for a Prediction Princess monster. 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction which can Ritual Summon a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down and you can banish it during the Standby Phase to Special Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess from Deck face-down. 3 Pre-Preparation of Rites. 3 Scrap Factory which gives all Scraps on field 200 ATK/DEF and when a face-up Scrap monster(s) on field is destroyed by card effect and sent to GY except during the damage step, you can Special Summon a Scrap from Deck as a hard once per turn. You use this in conjunction with Raptor popping itself to get a Scrap Golem straight from Deck which is really important. 1 Terraforming to search for Factory. 3 Fossil Dig which can search a Level 6 or lower Dinosaur from Deck to hand which searches for Raptor as it is a Dinosaur (since most of the Scrap monsters are not Machines for some reason). You could play some number of Scrapyard as well since that gives more ways to search for Raptor, but TBH, you are playing 3 Raptor, 3 Fossil Dig, and 3 Prosperity. If you need Scrapyard as well, you just are not winning at life. 1 Instant Fusion for Master of Ham who gets Bibliomuse from Deck but it can also act as your free Summon since Ham isn’t doing much after it gets Bibliomuse. 3 Ready Fusion for Deepsea Shark or whatever target you want as more ways to get to a free Summon. And finally, 3 Pot of Prosperity.
Extra Deck: 1 Master of Ham which Special Summons a Flip Monster from Deck on Fusion Summon. 1 Deepsea Shark as our Ready Fusion target. 2 Scrap Twin Dragon. As a soft once per turn, you can target 1 card you control and 2 cards your opponent controls; you pop your card and you return your opponent’s cards to the hand. Having this effect on top of it being a Level 9 is very good. You can just set a card from your hand and pop it while returning 2 cards your opponent controls to the hand if you ever are able to make Twin Dragon going second or on turn 3, which is almost a certain with how easy it is to get it out onto the field. And since it is a soft once per turn, you can just do this twice since you are fully capable of getting 2 onto the field while executing your plays. 1 Cloudcastle which Special Summons back a Level 9 monster from GY on Synchro Summon. This brings back Twin Dragon which gives you material for a Rank 9 play. 1 Herald of the Arc Light which searches a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell if sent to GY. 1 Super Starslayer TY-PHON - Sky Crisis. I think that we are playing too little Xyz monsters to really make full use of Zeus. Aggregator is not sticking on field and Laevateinn goes into Jormungandr who may or may not live through your opponent’s turn in some cases. While you could make Laevateinn and Jormungandr and attack for Zeus on your following turn, there’s a chance that you are banishing them for Prosperity either way. TY-PHON has more applications in these situations. 1 Mereologic Aggregator. 1 Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows and 1 Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity. 1 Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess. 1 Scrap Wyvern which can Special Summon a Scrap from GY then pop a card you control and if another face-up Scrap on field is destroyed by card effect, you can Special Summon a Scrap monster from Deck and then pop a card on field. 1 S:P Little Knight, 1 I:P Masquerena, and 1 Gravity Controller.
Side Deck: 2 Nibiru, the Primal Being, 3 Thunder King, the Lightningstrike Kaiju, 3 Dark Ruler No More, 2 Triple Tactics Thrust, 2 Lightning Storm, and 3 Evenly Matched.
