I'll leave below my current list of Dinosaur blind second and with the details of the cards used and some combos.
If you want to play Dinosaur deck competitively make the basic with perfection. Dinos will never be a meta deck again. It's very simple to interrupt this deck even when we have 3 Miscellaneosaurus. The number of shock points is so high in comparison with the new decks.
This is what the majority of people are not doing with Dinos. They Play a lot of horrible bricks including a normal monster, make plays that loses to all hand traps (INCLUDING NIBIRU that this deck was always able to play around) when you can make Evolzar Dolkka or Baronne de Fleur before any other extra deck play with Dinos and use a very bad extra deck monster to build a board that loses to dark ruler no more and gives you no follow up.

///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////Comment on deck cards:
The idea of this deck being for 60 cards is the fact that the Dinosaur deck has such a huge engine that it becomes very difficult to play with tech cards in a 40card deck unless you remove the scrap engine but removing it is the same as playing with your main team in your favorite sport and not selecting your best player that will leave the complete strategy.
Without the Scrap engine this deck literally becomes prehistoric and outdated with a very limited combination of moves, not to mention that its consistency does not get worse with these cards but improves when you go first, going second they are not good cards alone because they are very easy to interact with but that is a valid argument for all Dinosaur cards when you depend on only one of them passing to be able to play. So a deck with more than 40 cards is good for having many combinations of moves in conjunction with many tech cards.
This deck cannot play on top of Kashtura's Arise Heart so most tech cards interact against this card: kaiju package, book of eclipse, infinite Impermanence, Instant Fusion and Millenium Eyes, Fenrir plus any other Nomal spell, Pankratops, Small World and Prosperity to reach these cards. In total there are 21 ways to eliminate the Arise Heart effect of Macro Cosmos and be able to play.
Fenrir is a fantastic card for the following reasons: going first it makes it easier to destroy the Lost World token along with any other Dinosaur monster when doing Knightmare Cerberus. He also has excellent synergy when adding another copy of himself with True King Lithosagym and with Small World.
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////What to expect from Dinosaur in the next collections?
The Kaitoptera engine will resolve a detail of the Dinosaur deck: One of the best cards, Lost World, is not searchable via the engine. With that the Giant Rex will be replaced by this engine that despite having to use Polymerization is a move that is very worth using.
One detail is that even using Kaitoptera and Horned Saurus I will continue to use 3 Lost World + Terraforming because it is an exceptional card that you always want to see in your hand. It protects you from several interactions going first or second, and going second is even better because you have a battle phase and can attack the token created on the opponent's field.
That's why I will never understand having people who today already use a field spell in the deck when it's one of the top 3 cards in the deck and that makes the deck still have a chance in the current meta.
Finally I will talk about COMBO 2.1 where the difference is in accessing a generic LINK-2. What happens with the dinosaur deck is that with the limitation of PSY-Framegear Gamma the LAMBDA died along with it too and the deck doesn't have anything good to finish the field anymore.
This has already been happening for two banlists in a row with the Dinosaur deck because in addition to the stupid decision to limit Gamma, we had the best indirect support in history for Dinosaur after the Scrap Raptor banned from the game, which was the Spright Elf, which is absurdly excellent in this deck. If you've never seen how much it improves the Dinosaur engine you don't know what you're missing. It simply makes your end board perfect by protecting Tyranno and Dolkka from card targets as well as Reborning Petiteranodon on your turn to bring in Pankratops on your opponent's turn.
That's why the best support that Dinosaur needs now that we already have how to search the Lost World via the engine is a LINK-2 monster, generic or not, that is really viable to make.
