— Overall Idea —
This is a thematic deck based on the character Rio Kamishiro, from Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal. It's essential a take on what i think Rio's deck would be be in a modern Yu-Gi-Oh! setting, by completing her entire deck with her entire freeze/water theme.
The sole purpose of this list is to share my vision on how she would update her deck and make a feasible and kinda obtainable deck based on her. You can agree/disagree or use my list as a reference for anything.
That being said, this is what you can expect from this list:
– 40 card deck containing some of Rio's cards from the Anime;
– New cards to round up the strategy i formulated for her deck, trying to follow the Water/freeze theme;
– A fun/casual deck. In case you want to build it and use to play.
