Power: Low Rogue - stronger than pure Evolsaur, but still more theme-bound than the streamlined Dinosaur build.
Consistency: Strong; Fossil Dig, Evo-Diversity, Oviraptor, Miscellaneousaurus, and the Babycerasaurus package help the deck find both Dino starters and Evol access.
Ceiling: Strong; Evolzar Dolkka and Evolzar Laggia give real interaction, Evo-Singularity can convert graveyard setup into surprise Xyz pressure, and UCT gives the deck a clean finisher.
Recovery: Solid; Oviraptor, Giant Rex, Lost World, and Evo-Singularity provide follow-up, though hands built around Evoltile pieces can run out of pressure if the first Xyz is answered.
Going first/second: Prefers going first to land Dolkka/Laggia or set Evo-Singularity. Going second relies on UCT, Pankratops, and side-deck cards to force through boards.
Choke points: Stop Evo-Force, Evo-Diversity, Souleating Oviraptor, or Babycerasaurus triggers; banishing key graveyard material weakens Evo-Singularity and Double Evolution Pill.
Key cards: Evolzar Dolkka, Evolzar Laggia, Evoltile Najasho, Evo-Force, Evo-Diversity, Evo-Singularity, Souleating Oviraptor, Ultimate Conductor Tyranno.
Key combos: Najasho plus Evo-Force summons Evolsaur bodies into Rank 4 Evolzars; Oviraptor plus Babycerasaurus supplies extra Dinosaur bodies; Evo-Singularity turns an Evoltile and Evolsaur in grave into Dolkka, Laggia, or Solda at trap speed.
This is the Rex challenge-deck upgrade: still recognizably Rise of the Evolsaur, but tuned so the Evolzar bosses show up often enough to matter in casual rogue games.
