This is my current cat burn list. It is largely copied from Puy's list from PWCQ 38. The core idea behind this deck is its ability to use its cat combo strategy to swiftly eliminate chaos turbo players and its ability to side into a more typical panda burn list to lock down warriors players.
My list is nearly identical to Puy's, but I've opted for an additional copy of just desserts, relegating snatch steal to the side deck and cutting a copy of cyber stein. I encourage those who want to try this deck to experiment with the ratios keeping in mind the decks they most regularly play against, as this strategy depends highly on getting your ratios right in the deckbuilding process.
Puy's side deck also has a copy of threatening roar to help with reasoning gate and opposing OTK strategies. I would recommend dropping the 3rd sided copy of just desserts for this.
