This deck is mostly centered around the Rescue-ACE archetype, which has received a boost to it's consistency thanks to Snake-Eye Excel allowing you to search for hydrant. Normally you'd prefer to go Diabellestar for Tainted Treasure - Snake-Eye for Excel for Hydrant and begin piecing together a board state with this toolbox-style deck, and then use Excel and anything else (Rescue-ACE Air Lifter, for instance) for Flamberge Dragon. Going first, Flamberge Dragon could bring back Excel for a Kurikara search.
General advice:
Remember the Field Spell shuffling effect isn't once per turn, to search for RESCUE with Turbulence (and activate on opponent's turn so you could potentially do it again on your own turn), and to search for Impulse with Hydrant if you're expecting an opponent's monster effect to be activated after the fact (ex. Kashtira Unicorn). Don't flip down monsters with Preventer if you want to EXTINGUISH them instead or Kurikara them.
The extra deck isn't too valuable for this deck unless it's for a closer like Accesscode, but Flametongue is here so you could add back monsters you've banished for Turbulence or Preventer. Notably you can still summon what you add back, so you could theoretically get back and Normal Summon a banished Hydrant if you have the Field Spell up to get the bonus effects from your backrow (and use them immediately).
Otherwise, this deck mostly struggles to clear non-targetable large monsters that cannot be killed by battle (like Avramax, especially with I:P protection), so Goddess, Accesscode, and ZEUS are here to combat that.
Side deck is a side deck, I threw in Sneaky "C" because it's very funny and Lancea can help against Kashtira getting rid of your Turbulences.
Probably extremely not optimal, but is pretty fun.
